After spending $600+ on a product, only to have it leak everywhere during every use, I tried to leave a review on the memo website. My review was deleted each time. I tried 4 times to post an honest review & all 4 have been removed from the website.

I don’t think I’ve ever written a review, but this place has the most amazing customer service that I have to show my appreciation. The staff at this store are so approachable and kind, it really is such an inviting place, probably why I come in once a week at the moment! Every time I go in this store, I’m greeted with such positive energy. Baby shopping can be so daunting and intimidating, but the staff make you feel so welcomed. I came in one morning when they were having an event and Phoebe went out of her way to make sure I was being looked after, even though she had so many people to interact with! I’ve never found a store that I love more and I know I can 100% trust this place and all the amazing staff there! Xx

I was introduced to The Memo when looking for a gift for a friend, and now that I am expecting it has become my favourite baby store. It has a great range of quality products, tips and guidance to help you through what you need and exceptional customer service - I could not reccomend this store more!

Quality things for baby and mum! I’ve ordered things from pregnancy to postpartum care to just general things for my son. Everything I’ve ordered has been good quality and worth the money. Packages arrive quickly too which is fab!

Everything you need in one place without feeling overwhelmed with choice unlike other baby stores. The Memo have really thought through what products they sell including big name brands as well as supporting unique and small businesses which I love!

Pretty terrible shopping experience with buying Tooshies nappies. I ordered them in store and it was supposed to be delivered to my house (provided my address and as suggested by the shop assistant), but it was dropped off at a depot and asked for me to pick up instead - in a different suburb too!

I don’t believe anyone would want this kind of trouble when pregnant or just given birth in recovery!

The best collection of baby products for pregnancy and getting ready for my little bub. Online support with Maddi has been amazing and store manager Lyn has been great to work with. Wide selection of items when it comes to brands, quality, and sustainability. Highly recommend for moms and those gifting for parents.

Never have I experienced such amazing & friendly customer service from their online store.
Georgia and Maddie from the memo team had both been so helpful and pleasant to deal with.
Bought BIBS bottles and pacifier, one of the items were faulty, sent an email to them, and they basically got back to me promptly and in a very professional manner.

They resolved the issues straight away, replaced the faulty item and gave me the choice to either keep the spare pacifier or give it away as a gift.

I am absolutely happy with the memo team and am looking forward to purchasing my baby needs from them in the future. I am going to recommend them to my friends and family and cannot wait to shop with them again soon.

Great online store, I love the click and collect option from their warehouse in Moorabbin. They stock all the best tried and tested baby products so you know whatever you buy it's going to be good!

Serverly disappointed in my purchasing experience. Website states if ordered before 12pm it will be same day dispatch.

Ordered 8am Tuesday
Followed up 11am Wednesday
Response 135pm Wednesday - 2-3 day delay due to new warehousing.
Generic discount on next offer email received 430pm.
Customer service refusing to cancel and refund my order even though I'm still waiting on a dispatch email!

If you knew you had delays this should have been announced on your website, that way I could have chosen another supplier.

This order is urgent as a new mum with a baby having latching difficulties.

I don't like leaving negative reviews, but unfortunately something has obviously happened and The Memo have changed. I made a huge order August 25th, to be advised of warehouse delaies 2 days later. I then did not hear anything, until I called them on the 7th sept, to which they advised they had a new warehouse, some orders needed manual picking. After the call I was then given a refund for an item - probably because they took so long to fulfil my order - THEN they emailed to say it would get dispatched the next day. Fast forward 1 week - I still have not heard from them, or received a dispatch email. I've emailed them twice, and had no response - I'm now starting to think there is something fraudulent in this company. I will call in the morning - but cannot believe people leave glowing customer service reviews. PLEASE SEND ME MY ORDER!

I have placed several orders online and always had a wonderful experience! Such a lovely selection of products and as a first time mum felt like it was curated to items I needed but not too overwhelming. Great service and always super fast delivery. Would highly recommend!

A seamless experience.
I purchased a product online. The website, is straightforward and easy to find what you need.
My click and collect order was ready the next day.
When I arrived to pick up my item, I was met by a friendly, caring face.
I explained what I was buying my item for and I was even given some helpful personal advice. The staff in this company has experience with what they are selling and they have extra advice to help you through pregnancy and child care.
I would highly recommend shopping at The Memo.

If I can leave a 10 stars I will!

What happened was my wife purchased online baby swim suit with Bloom pattern, me as my wife's labour force (no pay of course) went to pick it up.

Got home, my wife opened the package, she's so upset said oh no this is Flamingo pattern not the one she ordered, I could understand the one she ordered matched the same pattern hat our baby was going to wear that Sunday.

So I called The Memo, a lady who picked up the call was Victoria I remembered. The solution was she's going to check the stock if there's one they are going to do a swap and she said she would call me back. For some reason I was busy on that day and missed her call.

But she wrote an email to my wife and offered the solution which was we could keep the Flamingo one as a gift and they would express post the bloom pattern to us.

We received the correct one the second day.

How they dealt with this was just beyond our expectation.

Well done, a business like this deserves big applauds.

Not only are the products absolutely gorgeous, the team really do go above and beyond to help you out. I was in a desperate search of a snuggle bath (last minute) and these guys came to the rescue! Will definitely be back to shop more stunning products and hope to cross paths with the beautiful team again. Highly recommend!
