Did the smokers master class on Sunday and it was fantastic! We buy the weekly meat packs too and it takes the thinking out of dinner planning!

I buy all my meat here and both the food and service are second to none. They ran a BBQ masterclass in Feb 2022 which was great fun and helped me hone my slow cooking game. MIP are my meat MVP!

Started going here as heard great things about the quality meat. First time their ordered my items, when I got home.they put the wrong product in. Thats ok, mistakes happen. Next time, it happened again. We then pre-ordered our Christmas delivery instore, the staff member didn't seem to now what they were doing. We realised later on they put $60 of kabana when we asked for 2 sticks. Rang up for them to change the order back to 2 sticks and was told order will be ready Monday 7am. Went to pickup our order, they hadn't even made our order (ordered weeks in advance) and staff had no idea what was going on and told me to come back in 2 days. I wasn't too impressed and let them know I was told it would be ready. They called their factory and I was told if I want it now drive to the factory and or come back another day. Staff didn't really seem to care much they had stuffed me around. 3 strikes in a row, not worth the hassle for the terrible customer service.

The meat inn place is definitely the best butcher that I've been to, the selection is amazing, so much made in house meat and the service is impeccable

I ordered some rump cap off the website and was subsequently advised it was out of stock by a very apologetic lady. Subsequently, they very thoughtfully called me once it was in stock again and set some aside for me. A+ service and great price. The free shipping over $100 is a bonus. A fantastic small Aussie business that I will continue to support.

Love their weekly meat tray, always good variety, top notch quality, friendly blokes. Love the pork shoulders, Stockyard briskets at great prices.

I always get the $115 family meat pack it is excellent value you get loads we don't eat sausages and they always kindly swap ot for a different choice. Always nice and fresh friendly and reliable, I recommend this place to strangers that may start a conversation with me and all my family and friends. Thanks guys keep up the amazing work

I was in a hurry and dropped into the Meat-Inn butcher Lillydale where i quickly requested a variety cuts of local meats and Veal. Got home to place in the freezer only to find the Veal is imported/product from New Zealand which is alarmingly Halal certified.
I am against any form of islamic certification garbage process and strongly recommend The Meat-Inn Place disclose this information to their customers and whether their meats are imported from overseas and islamic certified prior to selling.
Why is a local butcher importing meat and not utilising local produce. That's the sort of thing i would expect from a supermarket chain not a quality butcher. Extremely angry and disappointed customer with a so highly rated butcher. As i refuse to eat this rubbish it has since been thrown in the bin. Very angry, Just lost a customer for life.

Not that they need a 5star review, as you would know if you’ve been a fan of The Meat-Inn Place for a while. These guys have been the best hidden gem in the valley for some time now and it’s no surprise they are a local favourite. Great service, fantastic product and a great variety. Their weekly dinner packs are a fantastic deal for families wanting quality and variety. But if you’re a BBQ/Smoker aficionados look no further! These guys have go you covered! Spices, rubs, marinades, charcoal, chips, you name it - it’s there! And if not, ask John and he’ll source it! Truly a special Place!

First time visiting this morning to grab a brisket and a pork ribs. Place was really good, wide variety of meats, heaps of barbecue stuffs. Staff was really friendly and helpful. Want to thank the long haired staff (wasn't able to get his name) for the helping me choose the meats I need. Will be coming back soon, and recommending the place to my friends.

Best scotch fillet steak I've ever tasted. Incredibly flavoursome, tender and better than any steak I've had anywhere.

Friendly service, nothing was too much trouble.
