These guys have become my go-to for any speciality meats. Their chicken and lamb gyros goes great on the spit (they’ll even put it on the rod for you!) and the porchetta is hands down the tastiest pork I’ve ever had!

Great service, very high quality meats and a great selection. The wagyu beef burgers are out of this world!

Great butcher! I have had several Wagyu steaks from here and all of them have been top-notch quality.

This was the first time ordering the chicken and pork gyros from the Meat-Inn Place and it was absolutely amazing. I provided the rods to them three days before and they helpfully skewered it up for pick-up on the day. The meat itself was great quality and everyone in attendance commented on how good the meat was. We'll definitely be buying from them again for our next gyros night!

Heard great reviews about this place so thought we would try. Brought quite a number of different cuts over a couple of months and were very happy with it all until we ordered a 3 kg prime rib eye roast for a special dinner with guests. We were so disappointed as it was so tough it was inedible, although the dogs thought it was OK. Phoned the shop, visited with samples, showed photos of the disaster and were told that they would speak to the manager and call back. No return call, no explanation, just nothing. So disappointing at the level of service when there was an issue and that no one took the time to contact us.

Always professional and kind, I appreciate the team's dedication to their craft. They're always great about answering questions regarding ingredients which I so appreciate, as someone who's just been diagnosed with some dietary requirements. Keep up the amazing work!

Initially I was was disappointed with my delivery, there were a few items missing and the sausages were placed at the bottoms under 5kg of meat and were squashed and burst out the cases, so not useable. The rest of the meat (especially the lamb rack) was great. I called to rectify regarding the missing items - whilst it was a bit slow, they were extremely apologetic (I believe the regular packer was away) and I was very happy with the resolution. Just placed my next order now!

I recently did the Low & Slow BBQ Masterclass. Ross & the team were fantastic. Ross certainly knew exactly what he was talking about and explained everything in terms that anyone could understand. I highly recommend this masterclass for anyone that owns or is looking to own a smoker/webber/etc!

Without doubt one of the finest butchers in Melbourne. They're only too happy to cut you a steak to your liking, have a great range of BBQ meats, and they stock spicy dim sims! Fair prices and excellent meat.

Fantastic service and meat was amazing quality. Ordered meat for Xmas day which was prepared on our spit rod for us and was marinated to perfection.

Amazing class! I had an awesome day learning about how to smoke and about the meats. The day was full of fantastic information and the team where very fun people. The meat was seriously absolutely delicious!

Good food, a few beers with everyone and did I say a great class.
Cost me a fortune as I brought a GMG pellet smoker, pizza oven insert and enough rubs to do a whole beast plus a pig.
And everyone else enjoyed the day.

Stopped off here on the way from Geelong to Mount Donna Buang and found it to be a great decision. The place is full of everything you need to bbq, slow roast, smoke etc. The meat is well priced and is excellent quality. The cabana is top quality. I definately recommend the place.

Amazing quality beef at seriously good pricing. Service was great with the butcher who cut my steaks to order, making sure I knew what I was going to do and gently offering some suggestions to inhance my enjoyment of eating the Wagyu.
Awesome experience and I will happily return to this butcher despite the 1.5 hour round trip from where I live.

I bought low and slow meats for my anniversary dinner with my beloved wife and the meat quality is just superb. Totally recommended.

The quality of the meat is second to none. I bought the meat pack and everything was just delicious. I also bought the beef stir fry which I froze for about a month before I remember. The meat was tender and tasty even after being frozen.
Highly recommend this butcher. The meat is fresh and reasonably priced. The staff are very helpful and kind too.

Travelled a fair way to try this place out as there aren't many serious bbq butchers in Melbourne. I was served by Jarrod who was extremely helpful.

I ended up getting some Cape Grim short ribs. They were amazing delicious.

Will definitely be back here to try out their wagyu.
