Trading on the gullible, fearful, sick and ignorant, this is another example of over-priced servicing of the "worried well" market. Things like "activated charcoal", Tumeric, "super foods" etc.are their stock-in-trade - leave your science at the door and embrace woo woo neo-hippie values. There's incredible value in a healthy lifestyle that includes high nutrition foods, exercise and moderation, but this type of business leans way too far into the pseudo-sciences to be credible.

Great choice of organic produce. Hope they are honest. Would like to see certified Australian Organic labels on their produce rather than just taking their word for it that it is organic, especially that they also stock non organic. Groceries are great and a lot to chose from.

A better than average selection of non cows milk cheeses is a big draw for me. Also the naturally fermented sauerkraut. A variety of dried beans and pulses outside the normal range offered in most supermarkets. Organic produce looks good. Staff seems knowledgeable although I don't buy a lot of supplements.

Not sure how organic their produce is I see them unloading regular fruit as organic, male staff are standoffish and rude for some reason, good products in the store part but avoid the fruit and veg

Never give them your details. They will text you and text you, at least once a week. And even if you opt out, it clearly doesn’t work, and if you email they ignore it. Not to mention their costs are so high and staff are not helpful.

Appalling customer service. Dismal in every regard. Very, very unfriendly. Outright rude. Inept staff with even poorer management, who spend half their time smoking out the front door and do not support the customers view point.

Expensive - can get many of the products for much more reasonable price a few steps away at Coles or Woolworths. Much friendlier and well priced health food stores at prahran.
Watched the older staff member walk into store from car park eating a peach and stop to handle all the fresh bread to freshen up display with unwashed hands and a half eaten peach in her hands. Yuk. Not very hygienic.

A great little oasis for all things healthy, natural and sustainable. The staff are very helpful. The only thing is the prices are high due to the small quantities and high quality. Definitely a favourite and worth frequenting.

Terrible customer service, most of the time the staff seem bored and not interested. But their great range of products and reasonable pricing is what brings me back.

They have a lot of high quality goods there. Went there for their highest quality Manuka Honey and left with a few extra things. Service was good, very helpful.

DOES NOT SELL 100% ORGANIC FRUITS AND VEGETABLES. It is called an "Organic Grocer" but not all of the fruits and vegetables are organic which is incredibly misleading to customers! I have also tried their online delivery and some of the fruits I received were bruised and the salads were shrivelled. They don't pick out the freshest produce for you. I was even at home to collect the delivery so the produce is supposed to be fresh. They also made a mistake on my order and gave me the wrong item. When I called up, they came back with a cheaper and non-organic version of the produce and still charged me the price of the organic version. This company has dodgy business practices and would be the last place I'll shop for organic food. I feel so disappointed and felt so misled as I have bought so many fresh fruits and vegetables that weren't organic from this store: (People who wrote angry reviews deserve to feel that way as we all feel like we've been scammed.

Very disappointing! I ordered for the first time online and chose the 9am-1pm delivery timeframe. By 3pm I was still waiting and when I rang, I was told they had "only just received my email order" that I had placed 4 days ago. They eventually delivered past 4pm after a whole day waiting at home and the produce is not even organic and it comes in lots of individual packaging when you would expect less plastic waste from this type of stores. Very misleading! Definitely not ordering again.

Stopped in for a quick snack consisting of a banana and bottle of kombucha. The girls working were all very helpful and kind. Will come back!
