I have has two items in for repair and in both circumstances the customer service has been prompt with regular updates on the progress of the repair.

Great service from start to finish. Have had multiple devices fixed there & the standard of work is consistently very high.

The on-line web booking was flawless. Got a quote for my iPhone 7 repair and booked a time for that same morning. Dropped it off and asked for extras. No dramas. Told to come back in two hours. When I returned I asked for more extras! And these were done. @Walker was terrific. Very pleased with the process and outcome.
