Had a fantastic experience. Booked quickly and effortlessly online for a new charge port as my phone stopped charging via cable. When I got there I was informed it would only need a clean and was charged much less. He could have easily took the higher priced option and I wouldn’t have known but he obviously has good values and honesty. Work was completed swiftly and professionally. I highly recommend.

Had my iPhone screen fixed by -The iPhone guy Ocean Grove yesterday and they offer a fantastic service. They didn’t have my particular replacement screen in stock for my outdated iPhone but within hours had it delivered to the store. 30minutes later my phone was a good as new. Great service, would highly recommend them for any repairs.

Wow is all I can say about the service i received today from the IPhone Guy. I dropped my phone of i had a message from them with the problem and cost and had my phone fixed and back to me in 2 hours.
This is why locals support locals with that kind of service.

Can’t believe what great service I got just days before Christmas. Quick professional and well priced. Definitely recommend

Very poor - do not use. My supposedly genuine screen has several surface scratches after a few weeks of being in my pocket and normal use. When I queried this in store they said this was not a warranty issue as it has been damaged on purpose! I paid over $200 for a defective screen.

Use another service as these guys will give you zero support after they have taken your money.
