Great service, though unfortunately was told after the repair that the screen was not going to be genuine apple. Upon investigating i found the price was the same between genuine and the “cheaper more affordable option” that was given to me. A prior warning to the customer before taking the job about the type of equipment being used to replace items would be greatly appreciated
The screen i now have lags and has streaks in the writing, and if i had of known earlier i would have chosen a genuine apple repair even if the wait time was longer.

My experience with the the phone guy was nothing short of very note worthy. I had a number of jobs that had to be done and I was so surprise at the speed and quality of the work.
I would not have any problem recommending the Phone Guy’s for any work on Apple phones and iPads.

Wife’s phone had a screen changed but has been back several times since with other issues that still persist.

It’s a very stressful time when you have phone problems. I went straight to the iPhone guy in Lara not sure if my problem could be fixed. A friendly face and welcome was very welcomed. Within minutes I was able to leave knowing my phone was back to normal. Thanks so much Walker you are a magician.

IPhone battery replacement booked on line. Communication from them was brilliant and battery replacement was really quick so I wasn’t without a phone for very long at all.

My one week old Iphone 12 fell off the back of my trailer (yes I know.) and was run over by the car following. It was a sorry site and I took it to The Iphone Guy (Lara) and they could not be more courteous. They gave me options to getting the young girl back to working again. I must say the phone looks like new after extensive open heart surgery!

Great service, fair pricing. The iPhone guy fully explained the repair process. Whilst we were disappointed we had to proceed with a factory re-set of my daughters phone, the advice given in relation to ICloud and backups was really valuable.

My daughter had the dreaded white line down her screen, as well as a crack in the glass.

Walker was able to fix both issues quickly and at a reasonable price. Work was done in less than 30 minutes. I am also getting my old iPad screen replaced because it still works really well and it won’t cost me an arm and a leg.

Hopefully we won’t need to have repairs often, but at least we have somewhere local to go and they are great to deal with.

Had some difficulty getting parts, but once they had the parts my phone was repaired and back to me within hours (a big thing for someone who can't live without their mobile!)

Fantastic job on my screen, would not hesitate sending any one there. Only one little thing the sim card frame, body was missing, but I'm sure they have it.
