Had the Apple Watch for 8+ weeks and it was still not fixed before I picked it up to take it elsewhere.

Even using these guys since they started out in ocean grove.

Usually really good service. Last couple of times ipad has taken 2-3 weeks to be fixed with no communication in between.

Was super busy in trying to collect my damaged iPad.
But they were awesome on letting me know how long I had to Collect it and we’re super understanding

Went in to get my son’s iPad fixed as it wouldn’t charge. They fixed that, also fixed an issue with the screen I mentioned in passing and replaced the screen protector. Excellent service and they had it done in a day. Definitely recommend!
