The guy did a good job in replacing my ipad screen, but seemed a bit grumpy during my visits. A friendlier attitude would make for a better experience.

Great service, really reasonably priced. I was in and collected with a good as new phone back screen within 2 hours.

The service was exceptional. A courier picked up broken ipad from my workplace and within 24 hrs was all fixed. Much cheaper than other local iphone/ipad repair shops. Would highly recommend the iPhone Guy!

It was the first time I ever had a battery replacement to my smartphone, this time I got a High Capacity battery. I must admit, the cost was reasonable, "The Phone Guy" is not far from home, the job was done very fast. I thought the guy was professional, I am happy.

Exceptional customer service both in-store and during initial phone enquiry. I had to replace the screen on a new phone - the new screen was ordered and in-store within two business days. Job was completed within a couple of hours. Highly recommend this business.

Lovely customer service from both the woman whom I spoke to on the phone regarding my booking, as well as the gentleman who repaired my iPad. It took an hour for the screen to be repaired and looks brand new. The cost was a surprise too — very affordable! I’d highly recommend this team.

Just wanted a screen protector put on. 2 minute job at most. Had to wait a full hour for him to do it. Then he did a half-arsed job and left air bubbles on each corner and still charged me $10 for it. Would recommend going anywhere but here.

My broken Oppo screen was repaired within 24 hours at a very reasonable price and I was happily given help with an unrelated problem. I highly recommend this business for honest, quick service.

Don't sell parts? Fair enough, you have to make money somehow. Order your parts from ebay and watch a 5 minute youtube video and DIY save yourself a ridiculous mark up on something a child could do.

90$ to replace the battery for an iPhone 6? Not even had a proper look at the phone to determine that price. Went to iPhone repairs Geelong. Much better service, prices and diagnoses. 50$ for the battery (as established in their FB page) and full diagnostic to confirm that is the battery.
