Oops dropped my IPad and smashed the glass plus bent the frame. Luckily the IPhone guy fixed it in 24 hours for a quarter the price of a replacement iPad and much cheaper and quicker than a Apple repair

Took iPad in to get new charge dock. Gave details, somehow the wrong phone number was recorded with the last digit incorrect. Man said it would be 6-7 days as it would need to go offsite. 2 weeks later rang and was told that they had been trying to contact me. Had already paid for the charging dock to be fixed and paid card fees on top of the amazing. Now needed to pay another $295 as it needed a new screen. Was offered a $20 discount even though now I could have nearly bought a new around and got i for $310. Was refunded $199 for the charging dock so now $3.20 in card fees wasted in your pocket.

I was recommended this shop, I couldn’t see anything on my screen, I could hear buttons, straight away they knew what the problem was and had it fixed, I thought I would be waiting all day, within hr I got a msg my phone is fixed, wonderful service, I rate them 100%

Not a great experience. Took 7 weeks to replace a cracked screen on a Apple Watch after being initially told it would be back in a week. Communication through the whole thing was pretty awful as well, every week I had to reach out to them to check on the status of my repair. They didn’t want to even entertain the idea of a discount on the repair cost to make up for the terrible service. Won’t be going back.

I went into to fix my charging port on my iPhone XR
Not sure of his name but he was a bold guy and He told me he fixed it but you still need to wiggle it to make it work …. And it really needs a new jack but it does work! I get home and it still doesn’t work at all this guy seemed dodgy and I can’t believe I paid him I basically feel scammed and people if this bold guy serves you walk away
