We have had fantastic service with the iPhone Guy! No issues, great customer focus and very helpful and not expensive by any means!

IPhone battery replaced this morning.
I received a full explanation of why the battery was needed to be replaced.
Work was done promptly with an email advice of completion.
Excellent business to be served by.

Top bloke! Went in with phone to be repaired with limited time! He fixed it within an hour gave it a good clean! Great service highly recommend.

Needed my back glass screen fixed, booked online but they needed to order the part in first and send my phone to Geelong for fixing. They were super quick, had my phone back the next morning. Great communication and service, thank you!

My iphone was losing charge and the iPhone Guys replaced the battery with a new one. They repaired it promptly and I was sent a notification when the job was completed.

Very efficient and friendly. Even though he was about to go to lunch, he looked at my phone and stayed to fix it. I thought it was going to be a major fix but he was able to do it on the spot. Much appreciated.

Took my phone in for data recovery and super happy! They were very patient with me since I had to order in a new phone (took like 2 weeks) and their communication was fantastic. They got all of my data retrieved and I’m just super happy with it. Excellent customer service, the pricing was reasonable and they’re experts at what they do. Would trust them with my phone any time. 100% would recommend!

Might be bias coz I used to work there, but a bloody good bunch of people who work VERY hard to help each and every customer. Genuine people, trustworthy and will only do things properly, not quickly, or cheaply

The iPhone guy was excellent in repairing a damaged 6s iPhone screen. After receiving a really reasonable repair quote online, I dropped the phone in, only to have it fully repaired and perfectly restored within a couple of hours. I highly recommend their service and skills

Absolutely useless service in Ballarat. I made an appointment for 10.30 am. Vereified on line Went there, 10Km round trip> Got there on time, and shop was still shut. Drove past at 11.15 am shop still shut. Whilst I was waiting two other customers tried to call. Three customers lost in 40 minutes. Doesn't deserve one star but don't know how to code less than one star

Rip off avoid this business.the screen didn’t even last 3 weeks.took it to another repairer to find out that the technician at iPhone guy did not remove all the old glue off the speaker mesh causing a hard spot on the $80 cheap screen that they charge $330 to install.the screen was very unresponsive from the day I got it (clicking where i did not press not moving in scrolling and blacking out which made it difficult to use.there does not seem to be a warranty on there labour plenty of other decent technicians in Ballarat to go to that know what there doing and provide quality screens and service

I was here with my iPhone 7plus in March to replace the broken screen.
Only to get it back the phone with a good screen BUT the finger print wasn’t working.
I don’t know how you guys do your repairs one thing am sure of is am never going back to that shop.

I took my Ipad in to get the screen fixed and i got it back and they broke the back camera, home button and the charger port.: (not a happy camper

Got my samsung s9 screen replaced at the Ballarat store. Very fast repair, parts came in and they completed my screen replacement within a few hours of me dropping the phone off. Best price in town. Very happy with the result. Staff were also friendly and helpful.
