The iPhone Guy Ballarat

Repaired an iPad with shattered screen & bent frame. Took about 1 week. Very good repair for a reasonable price. I certainly recommend the iPhone Guy.

The nicest people on planet earth. I had a broken screen and these guys fixed it in 2 hours. When it came to paying they were having issues with there machine and I was having issues with payment but they chose to stay and help me instead of making me come another day. They were very respectful and were honestly very helpful. Thank you to the legends who helped me deal with my phone

I am very happy with the service i received from the IPhone Guy Ballarat.
The customer service was excellent.
I thought i had lost all my data from my Samsung phone as it went dead and wouldn't charge at all. My phone was fixed very promptly requiring a new charging port at a very reasonable price of $80 for my model. The communication was also very good from reception with regular updates. I am very impressed with the service at the IPhone Guy Ballarat, Thank you very much to the team.

Very friendly staff and a super quick turnaround. I had broken the screen on my Samsung phone and wasn't able to use Smart Switch unless I unlocked the screen. How do you do that without a working screen! (Thanks Samsung) The iPhone Guy was able to transfer everything from the broken phone to the new phone I bought, and now all of my contacts, diary entries, pictures, etc are safe and accessible. The price was lower than I was expecting. Can't speak more highly of the iPhone Guy Ballarat and recommend you try them out when you have phone issues.

Charged me $50 just to clean the charge socket which took 5 minutes and to replace it would cost $85 according to their pricing. Only good thing was they did it for me straight away but just for a cleaning is money grabbing.

The lady at Reception was so lovely and very helpful with helping me De-Bug my IPhone and restore all my content. Highly recommend.

They are very efficient, understanding and friendly in their business. Very much worth a visit if you are having hassles.

Quick, no fuss and same day service. Very happy with the battery advice which saw a new battery go into the phone. It made a phone that was thought to be on the way out a new lease on life. I would not hesitate to return when we have issues with the phone again.

Another retailer was unable to help and sent us to Melbourne but the phone guy sorted the phone out quickly. Can’t beat experience!

My iPhone was locked and I couldn’t remember the password so I went back to a tech shop where my password was originally set They didn’t help me at all so went to the iPhone guy The new lady and the guy there changed my password for me and no charge. Even made sure it worked before I left the store Wow that’s what you call customer service Very friendly and I would highly recommend this fabulous business Great work guys
