Fixed my sons iphone 11 within an hour of dropping it off, always great service. My number 1 go to phone repair place.

Great repair place. Super friendly and gave me fair warning about things that could break during repair, but they’re skilled technicians were able to safely replace my camera model on my iPhone 12 for only $149. Great customer service and fast turn around, would go here again.

I thought I knew what was wrong with my phone - it had been randomly shutting down and then all of a sudden restart, seemingly fully charged and so on. As it turns out, The iPhone Guy actually knew what the problem was and fixed it, super quick! Woooo Hooooo.

Needed a replacement screen on my iPhone and after helpful explanation of the options my repair was completed within a couple of hours - even faster than anticipated. Much appreciated.

Super friendly staff, very helpful I booked for the same day, had same day pickup, very fast turnaround. I had an issue with the replacement screen, but I just went back into the store & the issue was fixed with no dramas and no extra cost as it was covered by warranty. Very happy with communication from start to finish, I 100% recommend and will absolutely return in the future. Thanks guys

I wouldn't go to anyone else as I have friends and family that use "The i Phone guy " and all were looked after and happy. Wonderful service and I have a new battery that works again. I do think you need to change your name as TAYLOR that helped me was a girl! She was wonderful and explained what I needed to do before I got the battery changed. Much appreciated. JJ

I prefer to repair my devices and extend their life rather than upgrade them so The iPhone Guy is perfect for me. I’ve had 3 repairs done over the past year or so and find the service to be excellent, timely and friendly. I would highly recommend them.
