I had my Apple Watch screen replaced as I dropped my watch! Unfortunately it was never the same and then about 4 weeks later it cracked in the corner for no known reason! I ended up contacting Apple who thankfully replaced the watch (for a fee) I wished I had gone straight to Apple instead of using the iPhone guy! No offence intended but with my experience just go straight to Apple! You won’t regret it!

Service at desk was exceptional, cost of repair was more than fair and very fast turnaround. Second visit for repair on our phones. Will definitely use again when the need arises.

Absolutely terrible it’s been nearly or even over 4 months since I gave my phone to them to fix. I have to constantly call them for an update for them to tell me the exact same thing.
Extremely frustrating and disappointed.

Could not fix an Apple Watch series 1 in a boot loop, which appeared to not be holding charge or possibly not charging at all.

These guys are pleasant, friendly, quick and good value. Did not try to upsell me on anything I asked about, just what I needed for the phone to work. I thought I needed a new screen and fixing it back into the casing and maybe some repairs - no, I had a swollen battery Replaced and all good now plus done within a couple of hours. Highly recommended

I’ve always used the IPhone shop Moorabool Street, City i’ve always been happy with the service yesterday I was in dire straits as I broke my phone and Taylah and the lovely man that works downstairs had me all sorted, I dropped off a new phone after Taylah’s advice, she’s such a genuine, caring soul and went above and beyond at 4 pm and it was ready to be picked up the new phone all technology transferred First thing this morning. I have used these guys twice now within a six months, on both occasions they delivered, exceptional customer service, timing of service and result. In fact I had another phone service centre look at my phone, they determined that it was unable to be fixed. But The iPhone Guy, did the unexpected and returned a fully operational phone. Thanks!

Very easy to book online for repair, very efficient with getting the repair done - within 20 minutes of dropping the phone off, the battery had been replaced and was ready to pick up! Communication was top notch!

My kids + iPhones = The iPhone Guy! I have found the service both competitive and really fast. The staff are both friendly and helpful, and (unfortunately!) they now recognise me too. I always return, as they know what they're doing and have always provided great support if any problems have come up down the track. I would recommend this business to everyone

Took phone in for a failed battery.
Received phone back and was told new battery was flatt and home button / finger print can be intermittent on old phones.
Put phone on charge and found new battery @ 12% charge & home button not working.
Took back for second attempt and was told phone was tested and working when I picked it up?
Now home button works and battery was charged to 25%

Had a mobile battery problem it was expanding splitting the phone apart and a busy day ahead on the phone so headed in to town early straight to the iPhone Guy I explained my problem he promptly got to work and replaced my battery back to work thank you so much for a prompt service very happy and a big day it was.cheers
