The In8 Life is not just somewhere that helps me with my chiropractic needs, it’s a place where community comes together with lots of good vibes floating around. It’s contagious! I’m so grateful to Dr Sam and the team for running such an encouraging environment, somewhere I genuinely LOOK FORWARD to getting the help I need in. Well done team, I couldn’t recommend you more. To anyone looking for a fantastic Chiropractor that cares exponentially about his clients and their overall wellbeing, stop looking because you’ve found it!

10/10! Really can't think of a single flaw with the Chiropractor or the way the practice is run. A clinic and staff that genuinely cares about who they treat. Went in with some major back issues and after continuously seeing Dr Sam I feel great!

What we have in life is choice. And at the health level, there are many modalities available to us. Some not so freely and others more widely available. Sam and the team at IN8 have helped me take my health to a whole new level, and that is saying something as I have studied health and wellness. One thing I have always intuitively known is that we have the ability to heal, and the work Sam does is much more than just 'cracking bones. ' He enables you with the right tools and challenges you to look at health through a different lens, more often not the one we've been told to look through most of our lives. My personal results after 90 with Sam and the team were off the charts. But it is a two-way relationship and I had to do the work as much as they instructed me.
