Dr Sam, Dr Zac, Cindy and The In8 team have endlessly provided a safe place for me in times of adversity. They have not once judged my tears, my story, my at times infrequent visits even though I knew I needed to go more. I have been provided with an abundance of love, support, guidance, compassion, strength, wisdom, beauty, tenderness, smiles and so much more, especially when at times I have not been able to provide these qualities to myself. And that's without having an adjustment.the adjustments are such a need part in the tool box of living a quality life. I hope my review has provide some insight into how precious this family practice is, as this is an environment and process that needs to be experienced to wholly understand. I've been getting treatment here for about two months, and cannot fault it! The results speak for themselves, I have more energy, greater range of motion, less pain, and a few other little benefits that I wasn't expecting. My skin was extremely red and dry on my face, and that has now improved as well, which is fantastic! All in all I love coming here, the atmosphere is very warm and welcoming and the team are absolutely amazing. Will not go anywhere else

The team and The In8 Life are nothing short of experienced and professional in their practices and services. I've been going to The In8 Life for 4 months now and completed a 90 day program with Dr Zach, with goals tailored solely to my needs and healing, after an initial X-ray and in depth primary consultation. I went to The In8 Life with issues ranging from neck/back pain, interrupted sleep patterns, random wry neck occurances, headaches and lack of energy and motivation. I now have increased and more sustained energy, less pain and better range of movement throughout my body and I have been able to maintain a gym schedule implementing adjustments on rest days or when in need.

The availability and ease to book appointments and be in and out within 10 minutes has been a huge factor in staying committed and in control of my healing process.
