The Hen House Charcoal Chicken

Used to like going to this place for the hsp but lately their chips are foul.bought some hot chips on friday came home and they all looked brown and old tasted like very old oil everyone in the house said the same and we threw them out. It has happened a few times with the old oil taste. I am gonna go else where from now on because i pay money for fresh food not something that tastes like it was made a year ago. Such a shame.

Best Souvlakis in town and chicken is awesome, Try it and youll see for yourself I highly recommend them

Chicken was undercooked. Chips were good. This is my first ever food review of disappointed.
I should have done the souvlaki.

Best sova in carrum downs but they need to wrap them in foil the paper they use sticks to the wrap

The food was disgusting! We spent nearly $50 for dried out rubbish that we through out most of in the bin! The chicken strips we're like cardboard. The meat in the souvalakis was super dried out also. The loaded fries we're gross to with just a pile of clumped melted cheese and a bit of Bacon on top with soggy plain chips. The chips didn't even have seasoning on them. It made me feel nauseous and was such a waste of money. Sorry but we definitely will not be buying from this shop again!

Not impressed - chicken was dry and bland! Coleslaw was not fresh - too much mayo and cut too thick.
Thought I'd pop in on my way to the supermarket to try them out - never again.

Amazing meat pack. Salads fresh and tasty. Chips and meat amazing! Very good size portion for price. New favorite place around Carrum Downs.
