Over priced ordinary food. Such a disappointing experience. No seasoning on “seasoned chips” so I asked for seasoning. Took them away and came back the same!? Salad had no dressing. Super bland. Lots of food on the menu but nothing we had was worth the money they where charging. They might be better off doing less variety better. Check the prices before walking in the door.

This way over cooked, clearly pan fried Chicken Schnitzel was hard enough to hammer nails. I've been to three other Groove Trains and have never been served this as their Southern Fried Chicken Burger. Being told "it's always like this" and "if you get another one it will come out exactly the same" is just poor form and an indicator of either a subpar chef, or an overworked one.

Went for lunch yesterday my meal was very dry, my partners meal was tasteless it was ragout told server and staff when we paid, disappointing.

Wow. Honestly one of the best functions we have hosted/attended! The value for money was really competitive, the food plentiful and delicious. The venue clean and atmosphere modern and comfortable. We had the function alfresco space to ourselves (party of 30) and it was spacious enough for people to mingle and the children to play before/after the sit down meal. Each guest was able to choose their own meal from a selected menu and it was easy for us to add extras such as chips and salads. We also opened a drinks tab and the staff made it easy for us to pay selected drinks and other drinks available at the bar.

These days, so many businesses are struggling to find and keep good staff, but Adam and the team were all very competent, friendly, patient and available.

We were here on a Sunday for breakfast. We ordered the shakshuka baked eggs and chilli scrambled eggs. The "baked" eggs were just 2 over cooked fried eggs on top of a tomato sauce with chorizo. Not sure how the chorizo was cooked, it looked almost steamed, definitely wasn't grilled or even fried. The chilli scramble was overcooked - bits of yellow/yellow brown balls. An underwhelming serve over a piece of grilled sour dough. The sour dough had a spread of chilli jam which was overpoweringly sweet jam rather then with a mild chilli kick. The so called sambal was invisable just a few thick slices of red chilli. I notified a very lovely server by the first few mouthfuls, she notified the "chef" who said "sorry". After another 1 - 2 mouthfuls we realised it was I edible & we got up and left. When paying we notified a different but again lovely server who was apologetic. I advised him we'd pay for 1 of the meals (I really didn't want to pay for either) and the server was fine with that. The so called "chef" couldn't possibly be qualified. A chef does not get eggs wrong, even a half decent one. Terribly disappointing experience as we were sure this would be our go to breakfast joint.

I am a little disappointed with the quality and quantity of the food for the price. The mix grill was overpriced for the amount of meat obtained on a plate full of chips, and the other dishes we ordered were below expectations.

Ordered a gourmet vegetarian pizza last Friday night very flavourless.
It was supposed to include pinenuts, feta, didn’t find any feta and pinenuts maybe 2-5 bits very disappointed as it did look nice. My friend ordered a Pescatore Pizza, that actually looked super nice but unfortunately that was also flavourless. I was lucky enough to try some of the scallops but they seem to be pretty raw and watery like they’ve been chucked in boiling water for 30 seconds! May as well go to my local pizza shop next time, save some money and have some decent pizza with flavour!

Great accessibility. Very accomedating for multible people in wheelchairs. Fantastic food and friendly staff. Thanks for having us.

Nice food hubby enjoyed his spaghetti Bolognese, I had to have the garlic and broccolini pizza nice but not my first choice. I have a onion intolerance sadly they don't alter the menu to accommodate much I had to pick something that didn't have the pre-made onion and tomato sauce. This one sounded nice it had a garlic base, I was after the pumpkin one, I presume the pizza must be pre-made. A little Frustrating.

Thanks for the Chicken Parmigiana and Chips but I found the Chicken Parmigiana was too dry and those chips were soggy so I would recommend going to Olinda Creek Hotel in Lilydale since they make the best Chicken Parmigiana and Chips, which are cooked to perfection.

So easy to get to. Lots of parking available. Was there for a friends birthday breakfast. Great service, friendly, helpful. Delicious coffee & Food too. Make the time to go, you won't be disappointed. Gus

Extremely loud music, making conversations difficult. Staff were having a difficult time with customers turning up with no masks! Coped well, but could do with a bouncer outside before letting them in. Rules are rules! Couldn't fault the food or service.

2nd time here and underwhelming. The food sizes are massive so that a plus if your hungry. Staff friendly, just something missing from the food. Satay chicken isn't satay enough, Parma is a bit boring and the burgers are massive.
The inside atmosphere is great, but always so cold inside with the aircon pumping.

It's not great, but it's not bad either. Food is the kind of food served to tick a box before a movie, nothing more. Service was okay.

Nothing groovy about this train. Bland dishes, high prices. All Locations for that matter this franchise just doesn’t do it for me.surprised that there are still so many around. Every time I’ve eaten and these restaurants I had to settle because it was either this or subway

Staff were excellent, chicken burger terrible this thing needs a lot of work it was so dry and processed, it was ordered by us unfortunatley on two occassions, we forgot how bad it was the first but we remembered instantly when it came to the table, never again.

Been here multiple times and been disappointed each time. Even ruined multiple parmas during time they are basically empty due to covid.
It's a low two stars as food was just above edible and I don't think will get diarrhoea which is the bar.
