I recently visited the Sunbury store to purchase a few things and I was served by a gentleman named Peter T. Peter went above and beyond to help me with what I was looking for. He was very knowledgeable about the different products.
Peter was so kind and he really made me feel like his number one priority, was to make sure I was making an informed decision about the products in my price range.
I know I took up a lot of Peter’s time but he never made me feel that way.

The staff here are always willing to help or put you onto someone that can. Reasonable range of products though they can order other stuff in.

This has become my go to store.

Just bought a mobile phone. Assistant (Christopher) most unhelpful. Obviously didn't want to be there. No help whatsoever. Never again.

My wife and I were in the market for a new TV and as part of our initial research we decided to visit Good Guys in Sunbury. We had done a good bit of internet searching, so were reasonably well prepared but intended to visit a number of major retailers to compare.
When we entered the store we were fortunate enough to be greeted by Onah who was the TV specialist. We told him our intentions with which he had no problems. Long story short – we walked out with our new TV. Onah was extremely knowledgeable, patient and professional. He wasn’t married to any one brand and pointed out the pros and cons of each.
He managed to come up with a compelling and competitive offer. Very pleased with the experience.

It would have been 5 stars if it wasn’t for delivery issues and it’s 4 stars because the two Good Guys Sunbury staff I dealt with were super helpful (thanks Fran and Andrew) and so far so good with the dishwasher!

I am fed-up dealing with this store. More like a second hand shop. Sound bar i gave them for repair came back without cables. I remember i was sent home three times to bring every single item including remote control. Please be mindful before you buying here. Perhaps, It is just me who had a painful and problematic experiences in Sunbury store.

Really unhelpful staff. Asked for print ink. Provided brand name and all. I was told to look though all ink cartridges myself Only to find out that they don't have it. Staff said yea we might not have it. Nobody even tried to look. Just terrible customer service.

At first they just said it wasn't in stock but when they learnt that my fridge was totally broken, they went extra to get me something that suited at an extremely great price.

My wife and I could not be more disappointed with the service we have received from Nigel, who works at this store. Moving house so decided to buy a new fridge and washing machine. Both delivered very professionally, moved them to our new house 4 hours away, unpacked them and discovered it was the wrong fridge!

Supporting local business, went in to get microwave as simple purchase, no customer service provided, waited roughly 20 minutes, went to find someone, 3 staff walking around, 1 on phone. Gave up walked out.

I called first to get the information I need to save time from being in the store. The gentleman I spoke to was extremely helpful. I picked what I wanted talking to him. He put it on hold for me so all I needed to do was go in and pay.
The store was clean, well stocked and staff very friendly and helpful.

After sales service by the Manager Mark is non-existent, couldn't care less about customers who have paid good money for an upright oven that was damaged due to a quality control issue by Technika. Cooking appliances are an essential item but the Manager Mark and the unempathetic customer service team at Technika think otherwise. I contacted both sides on numerous occasions to have the damaged appliance replaced. Mark didn't have the courtesy to follow this up and let me know what was happening with a replacement, to this day I have not heard from him. I finally received a replacement today after four weeks of waiting for a change over, being told I could not use the oven for a month. Absolutely disgusting service from both Good Guys Sunbury and Technika customer service. If you're in the market for appliances, save yoursel the inconvenience and the stress and take your business elsewhere! These Guys are not so Good!

Good Guys Sunbury must be doing ok during this lock down. I tried to purchase an item, but was told he was to busy to get me a price, and do it over the net. I think maybe they should be an online store only, as there customer service is shocking.

It's a 50 50 shot to get a good person on the floor, so I suggest you really look up what you want to get (even while in store) to find reviews and a good price as I've been talked into getting a lemon. Plus don't forget they price match!

Not a huge selection of what I was looking for, staff follow you around in some areas like they don't trust you. Store was clean and well maintained.
