If I could give 0 stars I would definitely do so. After the 2nd experience that I had in the Store, I will not be going back there ever again.

Excellent Service from Heather at The Good Guys Sunbury

Not 100% sure why the store exists, apparently they don't keep stock at store level any more, so you buy and then drive 45 minutes to pick it up or wait 14 days for delivery and pay $100 extra. GoodGuys, the exact reason online shopping is better.

Went to buy a sandwich maker, asked for a price match and was told that the best price they can do is $48 where as its being sold for $41. When inquired why cant price match? Is it sunbury store thingy or all goodguys? Was told by the manager that they dont have to price match everytime as goodguys. Where as on website it says if we find a better price within 30 days of purchase they still will price match.
So went to Melton goodguys asd about price match, got a simple question whome are we price matching, told em Woolies at 41, in half a minute take this invoice to counter, simple as that at melton.

Have been looking to get a price on a freezer so I emailed a few places. Good Guys Sunbury was one of them. Didn't have the decency to even send a reply back. Ended up spending $1100 dollars on one at Harvey Norman.

Wow!
Yet again had another awesome experience with store member Claude
. A few months ago we were renovating and needing all white goods. Claude was so patient, helpful and knowledgeable. We could not speak more highly of his service.
Today we went back as we were needing another full house of white goods for a house build.
I was hoping he was working and we were in luck! Claude yet again, was patient, helpful and knew so much about the items we were purchasing.
It was a busy Saturday but we were never made to feel rushed nor did he make us feel like he was just wanting to sell us anything. It was all about Claude offering us the best advice about the items we required.
Thank you for having this fantastic staff member!

Called the good guys Sunbury to purchase a rangehood. I waited on hold for a long time and then spoke to someone and she said she would call me back once she had located in the store. I never received a call back so after 2 days I decided to call back. I was then put on hold for a long time again waiting for someone to help. I decided to hang the phone up and go somewhere else. Thanks No good guys

Do yourselves a favour do not waste your time going here we bought a tv was faulty in the first week we were told that Hisense need to send out a tech been waiting weeks always same story when you call them we will get back to you I will be bringing the tv back and sit in front of your doors till I get a refund you bunch of liars go to job hifi or Harvey Norman better people to deal with than these liars disgusting service from the Good Guys

We were assisted by Onur in sales with purchasing a TV, air fryer and dishwasher.
He understood our budget, requirements and showed us options across several brands for our consideration, giving us an acceptable deal.
Onur was very knowledgeable, honest, unbiased and genuine in his advise and we felt as customers we benefited from his experience.
We feel Onur is a valuable asset to The Good Guys and should be recognised accordingly.

If you are needing the best possible service at the Sunbury store go and see Teresa she will help and answer any questions needed. Very friendly and helpful sales associate!

Maddy at the front counter was very helpful. She coordinated my return of a defective item under warranty.

She arranged a replacement item for us from another Goodguys store in regional Victoria.

Excellent customer service and problem solving skills.

Went in store today, and was helped by Nigel. Have had experience of Nigels customer service before, its always been 5 star, whether Im spending $59 like last time or $1300 like today.
Super knowledgeable, friendly, and nothing is too hard, always goes the extra mile to help. The Good Guys in Sunbury always makes you feel welcome, its like a good local family run store.
Keep up the good works guys, it keeps me coming back.

I am setting up a home office. Can't recommend the two Chris' in the tech section and the gentleman who put the pricing offer together (whose name I didn't catch) and every staff member I had interaction with. Before, during and after the sale. Thank you all very much!

My partner had to drag a box with a microwave in it from the back of the store to the front, then had no help loading it in her car. Just shameful!
