Love the price shielding. I saved money when one of their products went down and claimed within 30 days!

Sales lady was very nice to deal with unlike the other idiot who asked if he could help and i replied yes only to walk off and assisted others.

Checked out prices on line before going to shop negotiated the price paying cash annd taking away with us savved 30.00

Got in and got what I needed straight away. Staff were polite and very helpful. Definitely be going back there

The name is good guys but they r not good guys i bought one vacume cleaner its was not good very noisey i took back they didn’t accept even for exchange. The bad thing their 5-6 workers got together and two of them were really rude that’s why they r not good guys

Floor manager was nice and understood my issue. Even though I bought product from another store. They took time but refunded it which cranbourne store declined it. Save my time to Go another side of city. FYI- floor leader did send me one of the guy on desk in first place to listen my issue. He wasn't friendly or smiling at all

After sales service? We're not helpful at all.could not wait to see you exit their store and get out of their site.

Awful customer experience walked in and asked about something online we seen. And was told by a staff member that they are out the back but she said why don't you just go home and by it online instead. She said we are closing in 20 min and I don't have time to go out the back for you to find it. Wow

I went in to buy a coffee pod machine. I had to find a staff member firstly then he knew nothing about the machines. He went and got someone else who tried to help but knew less than me. I gave up and went to HN instead.

They are good, You can find everything what you need for your home:) Alex was very polite, he really knows his job, he sold me a fridge in 5 minutes.

Computer showed 2 items in stock but stock couldn't be found. Had to go fron Dandenong to Moorabbin to pick up as I had already paid.

My wife and I always shop for all our goods at the Good Guys Dandenong store.
The staff are friendly and the service is great.
We also get looked after with prices, for this reason half the equipment in our business was purchased from the Good guys.

In store was great, excellent service and advice. Pick up dock around the back was poor service, long waits.

Large, neat and well kept store with helpful, polite and attentive staff. We were browsing the store and were approached by staff several times asking if we needed any assistance. Good range of products.
