57Bad customer service. I needed a package deal, the staff, who claimed she was working there for more than 10 years, was so rude as if she was giving it away for free. Got better deal from JB hifi with real polite staff. Even got an extra appliance for the quoted price at BADGuys. Strongly recommend not to shop from Good guys specially from Dandenong branch.
I had a great experience and received quality knowledge and advice from worker, Kam. He was very patient, explained tech to me which I don't understand, and helped me to understand items for best value. Ended up purchasing a TV, fridge, and washing machine! Very happy!
Ricky was so helpful! Helped me find everything I was looking for and was able to arrange delivery very last minute. He’s very genuine and willing to help. It's not a good place to buy your appliances, I bought a washing machine because mine was broken, but they believed after a week. Not happy with their service.
I just now went to buy a Washing machine. Nobody greeted me or approached me for offering to discuss my needs. After waiting for 10 mins, walked next door to JB HiFi. Greeted at the door. Asked what I needed. Was shown options. Finally given a 10% discount on the price and I happily lapped up the deal.
A great store with loads of cheap prices.
I found a few items listed elsewhere that where much higher in price, and other that were lower and could be price matched.
If you’re purchasing more than one appliance, you can ask kindly for some kind of reduced price, usually they will happily bring it down.
We came for the Breville Smart Kettle and Smart Toaster; We left with the Russell Hobbs Smart Kettle, the Russel Hobbs Toaster and the NutriBullet 900W Pack for a great price.

Never shopping online from good guys because they are good enough I ordered 2 iphone 14 pro max 1tb on the same day when the preorder started but now iPhone 14 is available in Facebook too but they don’t have the product they wast my time about 4 weeks and my money stuck there so never buy online any product from good guys
I bought a LG stick vacuum cleaner ($850) from good guys (Dandenong) and I won’t back there forever. The vacuum cleaner doesn’t performance as their advertisement. I tested in store another model because the model I bought didn’t have charge. I use it at home and it is weaker than kmart one but they refused to refund. Staffs were unsupportive with unprofessional manner.
We have really been looked after at this Good Guys store in Dandenong, my wife and I had a few issues with microwave ovens, but the front counter staff were courteous, understanding and helpful.
I would highly recommend people to go to this store, great range of products, and a friendly, happy and no sales pressure, yet willing to help.

We were very happy with our experience at The Good Guys Dandenong. Sham, our salesman, was very helpful and explained all we wanted to know in regards to is purchasing 2 new T. V's. We are awaiting delivery and installation so hopefully that will go ahead as smoothly as our purchases.
Great varieties of products and great customer service by Rick! Always ask for Rick he is very friendly and gives great advice and deal!
We went here browsing for a fridge and microwave. Ricky who was looking after that area told us all the pros and cons of different fridges and microwaves. Ended up buying both of them on the spot. Ricky even beat the employee discount that I get from Samsung. I had to take back the microwave as it didn't fit our microwave space in the kitchen. Fridge delivered within a week and Ricky kept me in the loop when fridge was dispatched from warehouse. Ricky definitely need to get a pay rise:) Overall great experience.

Staff are friendly.
The reason is gave 1 star. Staff are not friendly and very rude. No customer service. Came all the way very disappointed and went back with nothing purchased because of their attitude. Never come again
Not too impressed with the lack of service required to make a purchase, there was staff on the floor taking no notice of me having a chit chat and after approaching the checkout and asking for assistance, l was finally attended after 5mins in the store by someone that had a very negative approach to my query and went on to say if l wanted the item l wished to purchase I had to go to a completely different store after looking at the item l wanted to purchase!? I may have looked like l couldn't afford anything in this store but l was prepared to pay cash for my purchase, for this interaction l cannot give any more than 1 star, totally disappointed.
Paid for Premium Delivery and unboxing my self Ask the delivery man to throw away the old and heavy refrigerator. The delivery man told me it's DELIVERY ONLY. I was dragging heavy things by myself
Today I had a very unfortunate experience with Sena. Sena was supposed to help with a product and a price negotiation.
She asked me what prices I had been offered at other stores to which I told her. I unfortunately made a human error and told her an incorrect price. I was on the phone all morning talking numbers so it was an easy mix up.
Sena then proceeded to call me a ‘lair’ and repeatedly told me that ‘I lied’ because I stated the wrong price. I did not appreciate being called a ‘liar’ when it was a simple mistake. A paying customer should never be called such names and treated in such a manner. Sena needs to be more sympathetic and understanding - mistakes happen and people should not be insulted based on the mistakes they make.
Will not be shopping at this store until they reevaluate their staff members.
Fix your shop you can't even see the checkout if you're in the Keysborough bypass side of the shop I had to ask the security guard where do I pay I could have easily walked out with the item I had.
1st visit, easy parking, massive shop, very roomy, great product range (very cheap - expensive stuff) staff available and helpful. Picked up a bargain! And a great little thing from the clearance bin! Yay me!
Worst store in Melbourne Worst customer service advise don't go there waste ur money if u spent money there hard to chase. Buy anything there is a risk.
