I have been dealing with team at Glen Back now for 5 years and I have found the whole team and the staff very outstanding and very friendly. I have highly recommended Rick Southen and Kathinka Uddaiyar to my friends and family.

To be clear the practitioners I see are lovely and of high class, the receptionist however is horribly rude and painful to deal with to the point we will now seek a different clinic for treatment. 0/5 stars for reception and communication, 5/5 stars for the physiotherapists I've seen.

Update: Thanks for the response, very insincere, I can assure you and everyone else who happens to read reviews before deciding which business to use that should they go here reception will treat them with discontent and ridicule them if their children's names aren't correctly booked in and continue with rude commentary throughout the transaction. It's a shame they're letting your team down as the physios are great, as a matter of principal none of my family will be returning due to the poor treatment. Review now reduced to one star after the poor response from the owner, this just highlights the lack of focus around customer service and treating your customers with basic respect.
