Post Lockdown 2, Vanissa has been fantastic at getting me mobile again. I really appreciate her considerable expertise, skill and her warm encouragement. I highly recommend The Glen Back Care and Sports Therapy for absolute professionalism in a friendly atmosphere.

Never had a bad experience in this clinic. All the doctors I have seen so far - from physiotherapist, chiropractor, osteopath, and dietitian - everyone has been very professional and helpful. The receptionists are always nice too and the clinic is very well kept. I cannot recommend this place enough.

I've been a long-standing client of Mark for the last 4 years. He has helped me rehabilitate shoulder, neck, ankle, hip injuries.you name it! And without failure, I've returned to top performance. I can't promise I'll always be doing my exercises but I can promise I'll be seeing Mark if i ever sustain an injury.

Rick Southern and the team at the Glen back care and sports therapy were very knowledgeable and helpful treating my shoulder in giving me the ability to get back to playing the sports that I do with confidence and the strength in my shoulder to do so.

I have been going to The Back Care & Sports Therapy for a few years because of different body issues. The staff has always been very friendly, caring and professional. I have been seeing Mark and Bing now as well for dry needling. Both are very good.

I have been attended in the centre since last year due to some minor back and postural issues. In addition to my GP referral, the location of the centre and its specious off-street car park were so convenient to me that I decided to come to this centre at the first sight. Later I confronted with a friendly receptionist, amazing time management, well equipped centre regardless of its limited space, as well as Physiotherapist Mark's respectful and approachable manner that kept me there. My appointments afterwards proved me Mark Ghaly's professional approach to my health issues. His informative treatment sessions were filled with client's education regarding their current health issues, happily transferring his knowledge and information in understanding words to the clients so as to assist them with figuring out their own health issues, also continuity of care and treatment in various areas such as home and gym. Overall, I highly recommend this centre to my family and friends.

I have been visiting Rick and his team at Glen back Care for over 10 years. They have helped improve and maintain my back strength & related issues over a long period, and really make a difference when I am preparing for a specific physical challenges to get me through in good shape. I make sure I have regular "maintenance" sessions to keep my body functioning at a consistent level and pain free. Rick is great at identifying underlying issues and setting a treatment plan, both with them and also for me at home, to get back on track as quickly as possible.

I've been coming here for a number of years for treatments across chiropractic, remedial massage & physiotherapy. As someone who does a lot of physical activities, I'm always in need of some honest, professional and reliable advice and treatment. Thanks to Mark, have always left the clinic feeling less sore and well supported in recovery.

I am 26 years old and I have been going to Rick for physiotherapy for about 6 months after I was diagnosed with hip burstitis (due to sitting for long prolonged periods of time for work purposes). Rick provided me with differing treatments and exercises (even had a great app which provides demonstrations of exercises that you can do at home). It is because of his treatment that I have now regained my strength on my hip muscles and have minimal pain. If you want an expert amazing physiotherapist that will assist you with burstitis instead of getting the steroid injections you should definitely go to Rick at the Glen Back care!

Rick Southen and his team are honest, professional, reliable and approachable. They are fantastic at diagnosing a problem (s), in providing the right treatment and treatment plan, so that patients can continue their recovery at home. Rick in particular is a very experienced, caring and intuitive physiotherapist who always puts his patients first. He is excellent at resolving complex and chronic problems and ensuring his patients understand their condition and treatment. They are the best physiotherapy clinic I have attended.

I have attended this clinic for a number of years. Mostly I have seen Rick Southen. His physio treatment is amazing. He is the only physio I have been to, who actually does hands on work to fix the problems instead of just talking and asking me to do exercises. Recently I had an arm injury and he was able to clearly explain the ultrasound report and give me the appropriate treatment. I would highly recommend Rick to anyone who needs physio.

I have got to the stage that I wouldn’t consult with any other practice or person.

I recently went to The Glen Back Care for lower back treatment but I don't think I'll be back again. The osteopath who saw me is good, however the final decision was made based of the 'treatment' received by the receptionists, to say the least bad. With the premise that the new patient is not given any information regarding the clinic's policy, after promptly apologising for cancelling my second appointment and asking if I could reschedule it due to an emergency, instead of being told, "I'm sorry to hear that", these were the words to me: "From now on there's a warning for you. Next time don't change at the last moment. " Words spoken by the younger receptionist (very rude and unprofessional) to a patient seen twice in all. I'm sorry but if this is the image you give to your business I would say it doesn't bode well. A very disappointing experience. Silvia.

Thanks for your reply. I am not surprised you are unable to identify me. It just proves how unprofessional and careless the people at the front desk are.

Terrible. I asked information about the practice and treatments they do, and the young receptionist was very reluctant to help. She told me she was busy with other customers and didn’t seem to care much about me. That didn’t leave me a good impression so I don’t think I’ll go to this practice for my treatment.

I've been coming here for years, for everything from massage to physio to podiatry for my son, and have always received good treatment and felt better on leaving than when I came in. Though they are no longer a BUPA-first provider (which was a big draw card), I understand their decision to withdraw from that arrangement and have continued to support them owing to the excellent care I have received. Recommended!

As an older person with a history of Polymyalgia Rheumatica I find regular maintenance visits to Rick help reduce the stiffness. Rick also helped me overcome a shoulder problem many years ago. Rick is an exceptionally good physiotherapist with a kind and caring manner. I highly recommend him.

Chris is professional, friendly and displays genuine care. He took the time necessary to explain the situation and what was required to prevent further back issues. I would highly recommend him if you are seeking a chiropractor.

Have been seeing Rick for about 5 weeks now and my back hasn't felt this good in years. Hes extremely knowledgeable and gave me the right exercises/tips to help keep things the way they are moving forwards. Highly recommend!
