The Glen reviews
60This is such a happening place! Everything is buzzing. Lots of people either shopping or eating. So many choices.
Great understated shopping centre. Clean and comfortable. Plenty of parking and public transport nearby.
Excellent food mall with variety of fresh fruit and veg. Beautiful and unique marketplace worth checking it out. Easy parking.
Many shops and restaurants to spend a quality time.crowded on weekends. Check the timing for a better service.
The food court windows are awesome looking out to the mountains - the Reno looks good throughout the centre
No need to go to Chadstone anymore. The Glen has everything you need. Great shops on two levels with underground parking and easy access via escalators and lifts. Very easy to spend the whole day wandering. I remember the time when there was only a supermarket. On the ground floor is the supermarket along with a great fruit and vegetable shop and many others along with
eats and coffees. Have fun
Great variety of shops. Food court had food choices, I hadn't seen before. Lots of parking.
If you are looking for pleasant shopping experience, it's not the place as is always crowded and you can hardly grab any deals coz everything is already snatched away through full of trollies.
Has everything you need! Parking was a nightmare but it is after lockdowns so makes sense! We were at the centre for 1 hour but got charged $5 when exiting because the exit assumed we were there all day. Be careful with parking!
Great place. This shopping complex has all kinds of shops. Can get everything from here. Parking is also great.
Nicely renovated. One stop Shop with lots of variety you don't normally see in a typical mall, in addition to most major brands.
It's getting bigger and newer, I love Glen Waverley and glad to see the shopping centre is getting nicer. I will definitely shop more when once this wave of COVID is over.
Dumplings restaurant at ground floor was a disappointment. Fried Malaysian noodles lacks flavour and blend. The stew pork was not as expected so we left the dish hardly eaten.
Most bad place to do your nails not recommended for any one I don’t catch that am Witting here to get my Neil done 1hr. And the parson who did my nails very rude and not professional.
This is an amended review in light of the major revocations completed for The Glen shopping centre. The new Glen has in my opinion a larger variety of stores available which should benefit the average consumer greatly compared to the old Glen and feels much more polished and well maintained. Help staff are also more easily recognisable and approachable. The only personal criticism I would give is the current state of the upper food court. I believe (especially during current year of 2021) the food court feels slightly claustrophobic. This does allow for more customers to consume their food but for how close seating is to one another and the large amount of walls and stores, it often feels like you are boxed into a small area, which I personally am not a fan of but maybe others are.
Developed a nice inside mall, but needs to continue alot further down the block and include some of the more established parts of the Glen.
The restaurants that have been stables of Glen Waverley for decades are far better than these new pop ups.
Parking is very reasonably priced with free for first 3 hours, then only a few dollars after that per hour.
Visited on a Thursday evening with the kids. BIG mistake. This center is not children friendly with no entertainment area suitable to children to be found at all.
The new renovations at The Glen have really lifted the place up with a fabulous outdoor dining area. Just the right amount of retail stores with everything you would really need located here.
Unfortunately there was no fast food restaurant on site in the main shopping centre area only one but the old lay out had hungry jacks and kfc.now no.meaning what is there the kid of ours must eat even it fussy eater.beside that plenty of shops and most close at 6pm or earlier.
Lots of Asian food and groceries. The Japanese sushi place and the Asian supermarket are awesome… so much Chinese New Year snacks!
