66Great place for a family meal, function, a punt or a few drinks with the boys. Great live music and great atmosphere. Fantastic complex for lots of different occasions.
I had a great meal, beef cheeks. My colleague ordered steak, and was happy. Two others got the Burgers and were not happy. They chose poorly!
Pleasant evening with friends at Mister Bob's Sports Bar but must remember to book a table as we got "moved on" to another space just before 6: 30. Food was good & drinks reasonably priced. The main problem for me was sensory overload; the noise level & the number of active screens. Be aware that this venue IS a sports bar and there can be over 10 screens on simultaneously.
$10 for a pint of mid strength beer is a little excessive. Didn't ask how much for full strength. Is this the average price in Bendigo?
Very nice meal but not the most comfortable setting. A nice pub on the outside, but atmosphere and customer service-lacking and haphazardly "modernised" on the inside. Rather icy vibes, which was rather disappointing. Perhaps not so coincidentally, the pokies area seems more inviting and warm.
Food was ok, but noise coming through from the very busy new sports bar was too much, was difficult to hear people on our table talking.
