Very nice inside. Looks lovely. Pizzas were amazing. Carbonara, excellent. Quite disappointed with the grey sludge of lamb ragu with much too many truffle and not much lamb. Left with a sour taste in my mouth with the lack of customer service and waiting 2 minutes to even be acknowledged at the door. I am quite positive that not one staff member smiled our whole time. And one male wait staff barely said anything and just approached the table with his notepad with an eyebrow raise. Will not be recommending.

Had to ask staff to turn down the music we were the only ones in the venue and still couldn't hear ourselves as l said to the manager we are here for a catch up not for the music and the music was left up staff were singing to the songs we won't be returning

Good service, pizza flavours had potential, but the bases were quite blonde and undercooked on our two pizzas. The kids Margherita was swimming in water on top from the mozzarella which made it soggy. Our daughter loved the strawberry Nutella pizza though. Still an enjoyable visit and I'm guessing we were a bit unlucky.

Waited for more than 40 mins, people who came after us are eating and we are still waiting for food to arrived.
Those waiters deliberately ignoring us, god knows if they even put the order through. This is literally the worst customer service I have experience in my life. If you can’t handle these many customers then don’t.

Visiting Ballarat from Melbourne. We had prawn & chorizo pizza and toasted gnocchi. Unfortunately we can not recommend this place as both food is so salty, full of salt, we ended up drinking a lot of water.

Omg I just loved the food here and the vibe! We had the shearers pizza and just Amazing! I also had the antipasto platter which was just as delicious! I definitely recommend a visit to this place if you're in the area!

Really beautiful fresh wood fired pizza. The bases were really yum, if not slightly soggy towards the centre. But that may have been because we got takeaway and the pizzas sat for a little while befire we ate them. Will definitely be coming back

We had a really good pizza (the Butchers). Most of their food can be taken away, as the welcoming staff informed us, but I would have happily stayed, as it was a nice warm place, not very busy on a Sunday night. Had a beer while we waited, and it was ready very quickly. Recommended.

Ok pizza but for the price I would have expected more from it. If you are looking for wood fired pizza, this is probably for you. If you aren't, there are better value/tasting pizza places around.

Pizza is really good only down fall is could do with a little extra toppings but other than that not to bad

Had a family dinner here and although a bit pricey the food was great and so was the service. Easily accommodated large groups on big tables. They have a small activities corner for the kids and a great kids menu. Love the lamb pizza. Full of flavour and way different to the american style. Does come at a cost though.good quality ingredients used which is worth the cost. Special occasion pizza for me. Staff are always great value. Worth a try.

Very good pizza and very good service. The kids little play area is awsome. Loved pizza prosciutto and their tiramisu is delicious.

Too many flies for an indoor restaurant. Poor value for money. Portions are small. It is nice that they have a kids area. But I won't repeat my visit.

Amazing food, friendly service.so many errors - wrong food, wrong drinks, one person at our table received their meal 40 minutes after everyone else (ordered at the same time), drinks didn’t arrive and required multiple orders.

First time visiting here so we went for the 'feed me' option for $45 pp, which was a good choice. Arancini and croquettes plus sweet potato fries to start, pizza with gnocchi and salad then strawberry and nutella pizza for dessert. Its fun not to know what to expect and all of the food was good. Very busy place, efficient and friendly staff and rustic ambience make for a good night out. Recommended.

This place was recommended to me. Some of their meals were good, others not so good. Staff were great but the price was excessive.

I totally recommend this place. Arguably the best pizza place in town. The staff are great and the pizzas are fantastic. What more could you ask for.

Best wood fired pizza by far in Ballarat. Fresh, gourmet ingredients, cooked to perfection every time. Love this place! Yes a bit $$ but you get the quality you pay for
