The Fitness Shop

Even though gyms have re-opened, I'm too scared to go back to them. I was a germaphobe before COVID, you can imagine what I'm like now.

After a lot of research, I decided on the Horizon Andes 5 Crosstrainer and I was blown away by how fast it was delivered. From ordering to it being at my front door, it was just under 2 hours.

The manual isn't great for the machine, so I shot a quick email off asking if they knew how to connect the machine to my Home Wifi and Ash was fantastic, sent me a YouTube video which showed the step missing from the manual.

Can't recommend these guys higher and I'll be purchasing more equipment from them in the coming months.

Great experience. I was looking to buy some equipment and was assisted by good advice from TFS. Unfortunately, there was an issue with what I bought, which sometimes happens. It was quickly replaced with no issues, and has worked well since. I would certainly recommend.

Worst treadmill I have ever used in my life, products are cheap and a waste of money. Very unsatisfied, do yourself a favour and look elsewhere

I was DESPERATE for some Kettlebells and Ash straightened me out same day! Considering how difficult things are at the moment, it was nice to have something like this work out so smooth and easy. Really appreciate it!

I recently purchased a 20kg metal dumbbell set for $149 because I wanted to support a local business during this difficult time.
A week later I saw a 20kg metal dumbbell set advertised at Rebel Sport for $99 -it was virtually the same in appearance but one third cheaper -the only difference was a few millimetres in the hole size of the plates and handle thickness so I can't see you get any real advantage for the extra $50 price difference-both products are 20kg metal dumbbell sets! The Rebel kit also included a storage case which the Fitness Shop product did not-this place is expensive!

Best operator and expert advise. Bought a water tower and nohrd bars from Ash and he was always happy to help. Installation of my home gym was done meticulously and would definitely recommend this store.

So far my dealings with this shop is great. They seem to know their products well and honest with the availability of and price. I was able to pick up my purchase on the exact date quoted. Staff were efficient and friendly.

Base on the above experience, I trust that their after sales service would be outstanding as well. I would recommend this business to others.

Update on after sales service: I have had trouble connecting my bike’s Bluetooth with my iPad. Tried turning on and off Bluetooth several times, didn’t work. Called the shop for assistance, they advised us to change the battery in the bike. Magic! Problem solved. So far the bike is great, working like clock work.

We popped by in this shop yesterday. Even with stock not available, the guy was very nice and provided advice. Excellent customer service and honest. Good luck in lockdown 2.1! Will definitely go back with my son (13yo) once the world is back to normal.

Great place, willing to work with you to get you what you need. If they don't have it in stock, they're very clear on what they can order and when it will arrive.

Driving past the shop totally by accident really, went in, couldn't be happier that we did. Had been looking for an exercise bike for a while but unsure what to get. Ash was extremely helpful in recommending the right upright bike for our needs. Both my daughter and I are very happy with it.

My wife and I recently purchased a fully reconditioned Technogym 700 Elite Treadmill from the Fitness Shop. They were really helpful to talk to and made it easy to select the right Treadmill. Fully recommend the Fitness shop We use the treadmill most days and its used by the whole family. After 3 weeks i feel really great.

Both in our 50's, we found the staff to be extremely helpful and understanding. Huge choice of equipment and very easy to understand instructions on the use of all types of equipment - even for oldies! Very good deal, so much so that a second treadmill was bought by our son.
The delivery staff were also very good, with friendly courteous staff who were punctual and even took away the packaging after setting the machine up exactly where we wanted it.
Overall, the whole experience was a pleasure.

I purchased some boxing gear today. I was asked what my specific goals were and Ash sold me items that suited the boxing training I do. He didn't try to sell me anything more than I needed, only the items that served the purpose. He didn't try to sell me the most expensive of the products, only what would serve the purpose. Ash is a gentleman.

High quality products and excellent service. Ash was very easy to deal with, knowledgeable and not the slightest bit pushy. I am very happy with my purchases and will definitely be returning to 'the fitness shop' in the future.

Bought a battle rope from Ash and got some good advice on supplements too. Great for random bits of kit and knowledgeable service.
