I am very impressed with products and equipments (I purchased Peak Pilates reformer machine). Price matched with no question asked. Easy transaction from presales to delivery. I chatted with sales person on Facebook messenger and received response even at 11pm! The staff also message me after I received the delivery to make sure that everything went well. This business is beyond 5 stars. Happy with the purchase and will definitely reach out again if I look for any equipment. Thank you so much.

Their advertisement of product availability is very deceptive, maybe not on purpose but either way it's clearly deceptive. I ordered and paid for a punching bag on 21st October 2023 (I have proof!). Before I ordered I checked the availability of the product and approx how long it would take for the item to be delivered to me as I didn't want to wait too long to get the punching bag. Their web site said the item was in stock and that the estimated delivery time was 3 days based on my address details upon ordering. Two weeks later and I still don't have the punching bag that was ordered and paid for back on 21st October, it's now 1st Nov and I'm still waiting for it. Every time I contact them about it they tell me the item was received at different dates, first it was the 23rd Oct and then 29th Oct. Then they say the item had to come from their warehouse yet upon me ordering it they stated that the item was in stock and would take just 3 days to arrive to me. If you have it in stock in your store then picking it from the shelf and boxing it and putting it on a courier can be done on the very next working day. Whatever their process is for delivering orders and keeping up with available stock (drop shipping, warehouse separate from store etc.) they need to be honest with the stock availabilty or at least be more competent. If a customer goes to order something online and it says that it's in stock and that the item will arrive in approx 3 days then the customer should receive it in approx three days and should not still be waiting two weeks and still not have the item that they paid for and ordered. NOT GOOD ENOUGH!

Don't buy off these people took 2 months to deliver a exercise bike after losing the first one in the post tell you they will call you and don't terrible company will never buy from here again

I was looking to buy the Horizon GR7 spin bike and had some questions about it’s meters (power, cadence…etc) and it’s Zwift comparability and Ash was very knowledge to give great answers to all of my concerns. I am very happy with the bike and happier with the level of service I received. Very friendly and “willing to take the extra mile”. The service and delivery were just fantastic. Highly recommended.

I decided to purchase an elliptical trainer during Vic lockdown 5.0 and was unsure what to get. I spoke to Ash at The Fitness Shop Essendon and he provided all the information I needed. He also had an elliptical trainer on sale for at least 20% cheaper than anyone else on the internet. He organised for the delivery to be made the following morning. Can not fault the level of service I received at each stage of this transaction. I would not hesitate to purchase from them again and I would recommend this shop to others.

Very happy with my Horizon Omega Z treadmill. I want to specially John who delivered and installed the treadmill. He went above and beyond to show me how to work and maintain the treadmill. I also really appreciate that he was very particular about keeping my place clean and also helped with taking all the cardboard out. It's the little things! I did feel for him though - he definitely needed another person to help get the treadmill into the house especially because I live in a unit but I was not aware that I could book for another person. But nonetheless, thanks to the whole team. Fast booking, quick delivery and excellent service!
