Been a few times and everything from the food, drink, staff and the whole atmosphere is very very good. You feel like you’ve been taken care of with that warm homely feel. It’s what a pub should be!
Recently had the take-a-way during lockdown and the flavours of our pies, chips and mash were perfect even down to the peas! Staff on the phone taking our order were very friendly and helpful. - makes a difference.
Definitely be back for sure!

It's a great looking pub, great location too. We came her for an Irish breakfast before but unfortunately weren't too blown away by it, the sausages were not very tasty at all which is usually our favourite part of an Irish fry. Pudding was great but there was only a few small pieces of it. Would recommend getting a different brand of sausages & bigger slices of pudding and it would be 10/10!

This quiet little pub at the back of main street is run by a genuine Irishman and pours a fabulous Guiness. Outstanding for me are the friendly service and the terrific daily specials at pub food prices. I meet here with my writer buddies and we always enjoy it.

Great little venue, with a great atmosphere. Especially when the live band/duo is in. Food has been a little hit and miss over time, but the ramshackle decor and attentive staff make up for it.

Very disappointed have been to this place a lot in the past and have had great times. How ever last night when me and my friends where all having a few drinks. We where told in a argressive manner that we had to leave after we had all spent a lot of money at the venue. Completely understand after having a few drinks it can be time to go home but the way the girl was speaking to us and swearing after we had done nothing wrong was horrible.

Great cosy Irish bar serving good hearty meals, Guinness & Kilkenny plus a range of other beers. Live music with a freindly casual atmosphere, great for a night out or afternoon beer.

This place is so popular. It is not so big but it has atmosphere. The food is good & is served promptly. The night I went, a Duo called Greensleeves was playing traditional Irish music & they had the place jumping. Good for a night out.
