Before going here I checked the map to ensure there were parents rooms. Parents room closed and no information on how to access the any other ones, one elevator working to get the the car and had to wait an extended period of time with pram and baby to get back to the car, and toilets were disgusting and poorly maintained, half the shops on the website where not opened or non existent. Don’t waste your time.

A hidden treasure. Keep it to yourself don't tell anybody. Shopping, food, icecream, movies. Places for kids.

I shopped at this store, but in reality I found competitive prices elsewhere
Yes, the place is good and enjoyable, but it is not very suitable for shopping for people with limited income

A really nice spot in Melbourne that for some reason hasn't flourished over the years. What a total shame! The straw that broke the camels back was the cease of operation of the Melbourne eye wheel.
Walking around in the District Dockland you feel there is something very wrong here. Very few people on a Friday mid-morning. A feeling of "deserted" in the air. Almost eerie. Shops that are not really welcoming (some exceptions) and many shops empty, waiting for a business tenant.
The talk is that rents are so high that vendors cannot consider coming there and the current ones really struggling to stay afloat. What are these property developers thinking? A business needs to be sustainable. With proper marketing DD could be full of people, but it isn't! I guess the only thing that really brings people there is the next-door Costco.
DD is a very promising area for retail, if owners/developers had some reasonable thinking.

Poor selection of retail shops. The plastic roofing acts like a greenhouse in the heat. Unpleasant.

Cinemas great and spacious, unfortunately - the ready huge popcorn had more unpopped kernels than popped corn. Overall great night out.

Really horrible experience, first parents toiiets have no soap, the door to the toiiets insiste the change room does not shut, fortunately I have a son and it wasn't my wife who went, otherwise their privates would be on display to whoever attempted to walk in.
Also the door person looking after the carpark intercom, was rude abusive and had no clue of what the signs are at the entrance gates. What was meant to be a lovely day out for my family and I turned out to be an appauling, to say the least, experience at this venue. If this is what is to be expected from here on, please lock us up again.

A nice area to explore.
Went to see 007 with the wife and mother.
The hoyts here is best in its class. Clean and friendly
Then plenty to choose from for food choi es.

I like this place, although very quiet, I feel like this place has a unique opportunity to draw in the crowds of people that want to have a shopping Center experience but due to paranoia about covid, would feel more comfortable in a place with plenty of fresh (non-recirculating) air. I would feel comfortable taking my parents to this place so they can have a safer experience due to that factor alone. I am not sure how you would market this feature but this business is in a unique position to capitalise on this audience.

If the wheel was working this place would be super amazing. Great brewery, nice dinning, has a array of shops, hoyts cinema and an old fashioned games saloon.

A mighty 'thanks' to the District for hosting Joe Camilleri's fabulous trio last night. The band was nothing short of phenomenal! Everyone present were rockin' along having a fab time:)

The area is pretty chill but I only ever go because it's at the end of my run hopefully there will be more to do after lockdown as it feels as if something is missing

Was great when it had a fruit and vegetables shop, definitely feel for the vendors due to lack of people. Hopefully it gets better soon.

Amazing shopping experience and beautifully designed shopping centre. Very lively and has many events during the year for all age groups. Has heaps of parking space and 90 min free parking and very minimal day rates too.

I love this place, bit right now it's all but closed except for Woolworths.
Great place to shoot a film or tick-tock video while no one's around.

Really great view, leave plenty of time because it takes ages to get on "the flight" The commentary had my whole family cringing, At one point they made a joke on the p.a. About his sunglasses going missing, and they were on his head the whole time, just stuff that was really annoying to listen to. I would still go here since it is a pinpoint location to check off the list in Melbourne.

The parking was easy and the variety of foods and experiences here are amazing. I went to the Imaginaria exhibit and had an absolutely amazing time!

We quickly popped in to go to Imaginaria which was a bit ordinary. We sat and had something to eat wish we had more time to have a look around at more of the shops they looked really nice. Hopefully once we're out of lock down.

Feeling of being surrounded by a forest of concrete walls is not for me. I still don't understand why this area has been build like that. Temple of concrete and retail.
