Wonderful experience with The Derm Lab. Julia was incredibly helpful with suggestions for my skin. I can’t believe in 24 hours how much better my skin feels. I look forward to showing her the difference in a few weeks time.

Initial consult for Genesis facial was fantastic. The time taken to gather information and communicate the outcomes of the different treatments was great. Asking about my wants and needs and expectations lead to a plan with clear goals and a follow up email with pricing and clear structure. Also sent away with samples to try before first facial. Excellent customer service!

I was so happy with the service at The Derm Lab just recently. I went in originally for a consultation and I was put at ease immediately with their warmth and professionalism, they were so honest and easy to talk to I knew that I could trust them. I didn’t hesitate to book an appointment, there was no hard sell, just practical information. At my appointment I was treated like a family member, not a number. Follow up contact the next day was exemplary service and I truly felt that I was being looked after for the long term. Would highly recommend them to anyone who was to travel this path.

I had Microneedling done with Julia and had the most wonderful experience! The process itself was very clearly explained before and during the procedure, she kept checking in with me and I didn’t feel a thing! After, she sent me messages to check in with the healing process and even messaged on non working days to check in with me, as I was leaving the country soon after. When I had a small issue with healing, she even offered an LED session to help with that. I honestly had such an amazing experience and will definitely keep coming back! Julia especially was wonderful!

After trying to attain a more youthful appearance through healthy eating and store bought products I found that I was losing the battle. I'm very cautious by nature and took a long time to actually book in for my Ultraforma. On arrival the staff were friendly and welcoming which put me at ease. Mel performed my treatment and supported me throughout the whole process. She explained every step as she went, and was constantly checking in on my level of comfort. She has the best bedside manner! All of my questions were answered and she was a wealth of information. I now have confidence in the knowing that I don't have to accept the ageing process. There are a range of treatments that they offer which address all areas of ageing and give you back a more youthful (and natural) appearance. I should have done this a long time ago. I'm very satisfied with the results and the level of service I received. I will certainly be back and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

Had such a gorgeous experience with the team today, from when I walked in the door to when I left, the service was immaculate. The advice given felt genuine, much different to other clinics I have been to where the focus seemed to be product pushing and sales.

A beautiful treatment center for both men and women, this is a very welcoming and accommodating practice.

Very candid, light-hearted, knowledgeable and welcoming; I enquired about a non-invasive firming treatment and was put at ease by Mel and Julia to move ahead.

They recommended Rationale during my initial consult to supplement my skincare routine, – which I'd completely forgotten about as a premium Australian skincare brand – and I have to say that even after a few days of using the #1 Hydragel, my skin has started to respond positively in a way that I haven't observed before. Dewy and taught all day, redness effectively gone and calmer overall.

I had to shave before my treatment which always sends my skin ballistic, but the use of Rationale has seen my skin behave as if nothing happened! That's a first!

I have always put in a lot of effort into my skincare routine, and while I didn't like the idea of my 'barrier integrity' being poor, it was evident afterwards that they were indeed right and the products they prescribed to begin addressing it have begun to address more than superficial problems.

The treatment itself (Ultraformer) was expertly handled. Mel was very attentive, checked on my pain levels frequently (none) and delivered exactly what I was after – it's a long-term treatment, but it provided immediate, visible results. Can't recommend them enough – you get what you pay for and when it comes to advanced skincare, you want people that know what they're doing. I'm not easily convinced or persuaded, but I'm a convert!

I also have to say the care they've put into their brand, practice and aspiration to cater to both men and women is admirable. Most practices don't tailor their services for men and it was a big draw for me.
