Where can I begin. The colonels son is by far my favourite cafe in black rock.

Rish and the team here do a stellar job. From the food to the coffee this little gem fails to disappoint. The staff are friendly polite and courteous.

Define worth a visit and maybe a sampling of the dukkah crusted poached eggs.oh and the shakshuka.

Service here was excellent, professional & friendly. Good coffee, could have richer krema, but acceptable. The lamb shoulder was tasty but I'm wondering about it being a 24 hour cook? The gnocchi was disappointing and very unimaginative. All in all a good experience.

Delicious lunch and excellent service! The Mediterranean Sandwich was superb and the Ginger Zinger made to perfection.

Came here for lunch today. Service was friendly. Food was alright, my beef burger patty was quite overcooked but it had a nice flavour. Chips are frozen before cooking, not freshly made (or that is how they tasted), aioli sauce was quite overpowering with garlic. I like garlic so it wasn't an issue, but it was very strong.
My biggest gripe is the price. $22 for a burger and a small portion of fries. Seems a bit expensive, especially when the website says $20.50. I brought this up with the cashier at the end and showed the price on my mobile but still had to pay $22. If I went to Bunnings and showed the advertised price online was different to the store price, I'd get the store price.
Fix your website or honor the customers price as shown on your website. To all others, please add $1.50 to everything you see on their website.
