2-30pm on a busy Saturday afternoon. Take away coffee only and refused to sell a cake because “we are not doing that at the moment. Running the place to suit the staff, not the customers

I really enjoyed the food here. It is on the expensive side but well worth it. Now I am going to bring this up because its important. I am not going to name the employee; however, she looked like she absolutely hated her job. Looked upset, over it and did not care about her job at all. Mind you all she had to do, was serve food to tables and clean up. I did not say anything, only observed.

Terrible customer service- the red headed female with her judgemental looks and eye rolls- disappointed

If you love waiting 30 minutes for cold food that is over priced for the portion size, this place is for you! They absolutely slayed in the terrible service department! When asking where the food is after waiting the said 30 mins, (whilst everyone else was being served, getting their food, eating it, and leaving), received a bitter “it’s coming now” and then waited another 5 mins.the only thing that saved this was the hollandaise sauce.

A genuine 5 star, trained staff, reliable service, upholding the reputation of Melbourne coffee culture. As a proud Australian and a prouder Victorian I thank you!

Service is excellent, they do listen to your coffee instructions and specifically ask which preferences you have. For instance, whether you want it in a paper cup or a mug, etc.

Worst service ever. Waites in an empty line to order and 4 staff busy chatting & laughing rather taking orders. Waited 50 mins to get food. Chicken burger was uncooked and tasted foul. Staff seemed uninterested to care. Will definitely avoid this place moving forward. I would not even rate this 1 star!

Ridiculous! Have never visited a brunch that serves the salad like this… just a few spinach and avocado with black spots (not fresh!) and a few cauliflower which was less than a half of the picture on their ad. The cost would be less than $2 and they charges $18, not even provide a bit more veggies, the food even fill 1/3 of the plate. Ridiculous and shameless. Would never visit again.

This guy is very rude. While ordering he’s rolling his eyes on us and twitching the food is alright but I won’t come back here anymore because the rude server. Fix your attitude girl!

Asked the staff to wipe the table she didn’t care also it wasn’t that busy.
Got our order after ages but no napkins no cutlery had to go and ask for the napkin but she just gave 1 piece i was so frustrated very poor customer service.

Omggggg the camembert chicken and bacon flat grill! So good that I had it twice on my 5 days stay there!

Waited 45mins for 2 breakfasts which when the came out the bacon and eggs were both underdone and the sausages looked more l Iike they had been poached than cooked. Only saving grace was the coffee was good.when it finally came out!

Went here yesterday and we had the mango frappé, chicken bacon Camembert grill, chicken mushroom truffle grill. They were freshly prepared and grilled, a little bit of wait but came really fresh, hot and yummy!

Not sure what's with the hype about this coffe shop, my friends told me they have good coffee but it's just like drinking starbucks americano, their long black. Nothing special.

We have had the all day big breakfast a few times while visiting Melbourne. So confident of the quality, value and comfort we have met friends there

Simple, fast and efficient service. Really kid friendly and you can order off a QR code, so you don't have to worry about queues!

I ordered the cheeseburger which comes with chips. The chips I received were burnt and stale as if they were re-fried. I went up and asked for a partial refund and the most they could give me was $3.10. The lady then walked away and I asked if I could get more cause the chips was half my meal and it was ruined. A different person came and offered me a drink and seemed like he actually tried to compensate me. The first lady as she walked off had a big smile and walked to the kitchen and handed the chefs the meal. I could see through the window that the chefs were smiling as if it was a joke or funny to them. What a joke of a chef team. Never go to this coffee club ever. Disrespectful.

Although it was very early, I still had to wipe down the table as there was still food stuck to it. Not the best start. My cappuccino was more of a flat white. My favourite part of one is the froth and there was none. I did enjoy the breakfast burger and it was probably the only good thing about the experience. Service was pretty disappointing as I stood waiting for some time while the two girls chatted away. Doesn’t hurt to give a little acknowledgment.
