The Coach

This hotel is the mecca for all things parma. They have got different flavoured chicken parmas for all your moods. I was feeling very Mexican, and I wasn't disappointed when it arrived, covered in corn chips, avocado, chillies and cheese.

Venue is nice, food was pretty plain, not much variety with steak meals, and expensive too

Overall, I probably won't be back

It’s great they’ve done the place up but perhaps spend the money on getting a great Chef in. Went for lunch on 1/11/23 and surprised how many people were there. Not enough staff members in attendance, queues for drinks and to order. The food took forever to come out and it was just ordinary. Cold overcooked chips and an average Parma. Pick up your game people.

Was catered very well for a high school reunion, great food and plenty of it in the function room.

Beautiful food, great price and huge servings. The environment is very nice, open, bright but also calm and relaxing

Atmosphere was good, the look of the bar and bistro is nice (could possibly do with some sound dreading in bistro as gets quick noisy). I ordered the Big Boy burger and didn't like it.
The burger patties were not great, was like a compress chunk of beek, didn't taste like ground beef.
Others in our group had pizza and parmas and advise they were good.

Had a booking we were 14 mins late for and were told the kitchen was closed, when asked why would we be booked so close to this, the person shrugged and walked away. Will not be coming back

Took photos for a party here great venue up the stairs. Beautiful big windows. Only problem was at night gets very dark when they turn the lights off for the dj dance party. Would have worked better if they kept the lights on near the entrance and only turned the lights off on the dance floor.

One of the worst parmas I’ve had in Victoria. Texture of the chicken was very off putting, no flavour at all & cheese barely melted, at $29 as well!
The garlic bread was also disappointing. It was essentially toast.
Probably won’t come back here unfortunately.

Standard city pub prices/atmosphere. I had the Greek lamb salad which was tasty. I also had the Spanish parma which tasted like the schnitzel and toppings had been prepared far in advance. Disappointing.

The interior looks brand new. The customer service was great, and the parma's (or parmi depending on where you're from) are award winning! Will return!

Pretty disappointed to be honest

Would get 4-5 stars if it weren't so incredibly noisy. Restaurant very busy with large groups of families on weekend. Extremely noisy and difficult to communicate with others at the table. Too many hard surfaces and no noise management strategies in place. Food is of excellent quality and variety with a very wide selection, and service was prompt, but perhaps a little too prompt with mains arriving well before entrees were even half consumed. Very much a conveyor belt feeling where fast seems to be the priority.

Nice to come back after last couple years of restrictions. Our meals were spot on, service second to none and a warm comfortable atmosphere. We will be back.

All about the parmas. One of the best I have had this side of town. 15 different toppings to choose from. Spanish Parma hands down. Fire.

Good value meals and friendly helpful staff. Was very busy with lots of families, so pretty noisy but it was just before Christmas so that was expected.

The Coach is not as nice as it used to be since the new venue manager took over. Old staff are leaving and new staff are very unpleasant. So sad to see the old staff go.

Food has improved, ordering via an app is optional.
Pricing is reasonable, nice atmosphere.
Will definetly return

I enjoyed a lamb salad which was cooked perfectly and the salad was dressed adequately and tastefully. Well done!

I love the coach they make the best burgers my personal favourite is the big boy burger it’s delicious and the service is great my mum forgot to say that I wanted potato gems instead of chips and the waiter fix that up straight away she even offered to let me keep the chips as well as the potato gems but there was no way I could eat both cause the big boy burger is BIG
