The Club

The one vegan option came out with egg on top. Then the manager didn’t even apologize and told us we should have told her it was to be vegan, even though the menu said vegan. She couldn’t admit she was wrong and gave us some excuse about “nut free” which made no sense! There was barely any vegetarian options either. I had the dips because that’s all that looked okay; it wasn’t! The place was dead on a Sunday night which speaks volumes.

Lovley main meal very generous serves of chicken parmigiana & fish & chips. Cauliflower soup entree was tasteless sadly, bruschetta was delicious.
Major issue was we were served our main dishes just over 1 hour after ordering. Everyone else who arrived up to 45 minutes after we did got their meals well before we did.
Disappointing, upon asking about our meals we we're told their coming. Within 5 minutes we had our meals.

Great place for a meal, no table service. Order at counter for meals and drinks. Didn't take long and staff are friendly and courteous.

The seniors mark was a rip off. False advertising and a complete disregard for senior. I received a deep fried Vey tiny piece of breast that was advertised as roasted and half a chicken. I was embarrassed and upset.

Ordered delivery through uber eats chicken ceaser salad it arrived with no chicken in the salad and the serving size would not have been enough to fill a child!

4.5 stars - great chicken parma, chips & the coleslaw was very nice - excellent service - professional & friendly with good humour. I would definitely recommend this venue. Clean & modern - toilets clean & crisp

Great place to catch up with workmates for dinner & a few drinks.

I had Chips with Calamari and Salad. They were Delicious and Fresh you must try to believe how good they are.

Went to this place for the first time today, I just finished work and looked like a homeless hobo, Liam greeted and welcomed me at the door, escorted me to the bar and poured a nice cold pint of Great Northern.

10 mins later I went to the bar again and he remembered and served me the same again without pause.

Liam, you have 1000% full understanding of customer service and I hope you go on to own the place!

i been drinking at my local pub for 3 years and drink the same everyday, they still treat me like a stranger everyday.thats why this place is now my new home pub

Visited for dinner. Stood waiting for someone to seat us, ordering food, drinks with the staff felt unorganised and mismanaged. No one checking patrons for vaccination status? Not a requirement at The Club?
Food took awhile to be brought out to us even though dining areas not even half full. When ordering we asked for entree of cheesy garlic bread, but this wasn't put through nor the drink we ask for also.
We visited the gaming room after dinner. Wow what an experience, hardly anyone wearing mask, the patrons treating the machines like boxing bags. Tapping / banging.
Just a real Blah experience and not going to rush back unfortunately

The food is amazing! The staff are so lovely, shout out to Kaye for being such a lovely girl whilst under staff

We went to a family function here in the function rooms and were a bit dissapointed with the food since when we have eaten here in the bistro the food was great and the service in the bistro was second to none for this type of place. I think the Function room food could be so much better than it was

Good selection of meals, particularly the vegan options. A few mix ups with the orders but they were quick to rectify, just be sure to check if you have allergies or dietary requirements.

My family and I come tonight for dinner and none of us enjoyed it the staff where rude 1 out of 3 kids got their meal first than the adults got theirs than the other 2 kids got dinner, it is over priced for what you get ordered dessert “ cheese cake “ and it was solid and hard wouldn’t come back

Service was ok lamb shanks with tomato and Red wine sauce was was too thick more like napoli sauce apple crumble was pathetic

Visited for a 2nd birthday party in one of the function rooms. Nice layout, and staff only too happy to help out. Catered food was varied and mostly to my taste so I've nothing to really complain about.

We have only ever been there for functions. They need to fix the air con in the function rooms as it was stinking hot for the majority of the evening (08/05/21)

My fiance and I had an amazing night at The Club, they were able to accomodate to the 160+ guests that we had. All of our guests loved the set up for the night as the Club are flexible on allowing us to decorate the function room. I really want to acknowledge the real MVPs that worked on our event at The Club which are MIA and LUKE who made sure that each guest were treated with the highest standard of service and was accomodating to us for the rest of the night. They made sure that Janine and I enjoyed ourselves and have all we needed and went above and beyond on serving some of our high named guests. Which is a good win in our books! We also want to thank Emily the event manager from the beginning to the end of organising the function room for our event as she made sure we have all we needed prior to the event were met.

The only thing that we advise future clients is to make sure that your orders of food are to the dot of what you expect them to be. As we noticed and have been told by our family and friends that a few platters were not up to the standard of what we ordered for e.g. We ordered buffalo wings and got plain unseasoned wings I cannot confirm why this is but either than that it was a great night and great function place!

Went to the venue placing bets TAB machines were ripping people off management staff were disgusting Katherine and Lee did not care if patrons we're not going to return.very outdated and boring.good luck spending your hard earned money.

Nice food and coffee here and really friendly and efficient staff, I would definitely come here again and recommend it to everyone.

Highly recommend giving this place a try. Our meals were tasty and well portioned. The customer service was courteous and professional. Got quite busy after we arrived which is always a good sign.
