The Club

End of year work lunch.
Not a place I'd normally visit (ever!),

Had a bite of 1 Aracini and Bruschetta.

The Bruschetta.stale bread, toasted beyond being edible. No flavour on the red onion or tomato's, balsamic reduction with no flavour.

The Arancini. Mush, simply mush, absolutely no texture. 1 piece of boiled chicken and a very bitter pesto.

Will I come back? Not ever again.

I recently hosted my 40th birthday party in the big function room at The Club Caroline Springs.

I can't thank the staff enough for their excellent friendly professional and hospitable service ensuring my party went smoothly and a night to remember. Extended thanks to the Events coordinator Danielle and staff member Nick who were so helpful and accomodating to work with.

We highly recommend hosting your next party at the Club. You will not be disappointed.

Staff are very friendly and welcoming, food is Amazing and very reasonable prices. Love the place and definitely will come back

The service from Kaye who went out of her way to make us feel welcome and comfortable and Alishia was first class, both very polite and helpful in every way.

Attended a function here and the food was delicious, very good from entrees to deserts! Evening went really well all round with good service too.

Place is great. Come here often to eat. But there is an employee who I caught smoking blunts a few times in his car. Young man with brightly coloured hair and tattoos. I think most company's do not allow such a thing. No problems with other staff.

Another pokies pub. Despite this I was a little surprised, the staff were good and the chicken parma I ordered not bad for the price. If you want a pub feed and some reasonable hospitality The Club passes the pub test.

Found it to be a little pricey food wise for what you get, especially the entrees. Having said that it is a very clean, and fresh modern looking feel to the place, and the staff were very helpful

We have recently held a function here at The Club and it was amazing! Everyone raved about how good the food was. Nick and his team were fabulous. Everything ran so smoothly. Highly recommend plus we always dine here because the food is always delicious:)

If I could rate this venue zero stars I would.
Have been a regular at this venue for approx 15 years attending a reserved grand final function. This year was the biggest disappointment ever. A reservation made 3 weeks in advance confirming our booking of 14 people of which included interstate guests was cancelled by management 1hr prior to arrival stating that they had made a mistake and had double booked. Would I ever attend this establishment again. NO WAY

But when we booked online.the staff had no idea if we booked or not.and juatbgave us a table

Went to the club for a family birthday dinner. Only a couple plates were brought out at a time, with a massive break inbetween serving the meals. My partner and I were one of the last to get ours after over an hour of waiting, the last were 2 little boys that didn’t get served their kids meals until 8pm, 2 hours after ordering. They accused my mum of taking someone else’s food because they ordered the same meal. Staff were constantly coming back and forth to our tables- it was just in shambles. Steak was incredibly fatty and over cooked, mushroom sauce did not look or taste like mushroom sauce. Disappointing to pay the price you do for a good meal and get the opposite. Wont be coming back

1 star is being generous. I’m not sure what happened to their service last night when my family and I went for dinner but absolutely appalling dinner service. My two young sons were made to wait 2 hours for their meals. On top of that, some family members completely missed out on food items (when queried it was ‘already brought out’) and others were made to wait a ridiculous amount of time. I’d recommend reconsidering your need to visit this restaurant.

The variety of food is decent and the prices are really good, not only for the food but the drinks as well.
Staff are always really friendly, The Club has a really great vibe to it, will definitely keep coming back:)

The food was alright but the customer service was terrible. And on top of that me and my family waited an hour and a half for a food and it wasn’t even busy in the restaurant.

Solid parma, mixer for the soft drinks in jugs tasted a bit off though. Too soda-ish and not enough flavour/sweetness.

The worst service we have ever experienced there. Waited so long for our meal we left before desert was served despite paying for it. Don't think we will be back.

Lovely venue. Friendly staff. Went on a Tuesday for lunch. Had the Chicken Neptune. Delicious meal and very filling. Reasonable price.

My first visit here the food was fantastic at a reasonable price, I came back the following Friday tho and the food was more expensive the lamb rack wasn't really big enough for the price and the desserts were bad, like they had sat there for a month, I'm a Lil unsure on whether this is a once off, but the Monday I went there it was great, but no need for desert with a risotto as filling and as nice as that, and the lamb shank was huge!
