Helena has been treating and saving me for a few years now and I am so happy that she is finally back full time in Melbourne in her beautiful calming space. It matches her perfectly. Her knowledge and expertise are phenomenal and you can see her real love and passion for what she does. Her joy when she has helped you is infectious.

Helena is brilliant. Very consultative, relaxed and positive in her diagnostics and treatments. The environment of her practice is very calming also which adds to the experience. I’ll be back and I highly recommend Helena for those struggling to find a solution and for regular treatments.

I’ve been with Helena since she before she opened this space we had followed her from her old practice as she was so good! Her knowledge is next to none. I learn so much every time I go see her, furthermore I was dealing with neck and shoulder pain for so long before going to Helena and after our sessions I can say my quality of life has improved. The pain isn’t as constant anymore and she also provides us with stretches and exercises to do at home to maintain. Would definitely recommend.

Dr Helena is an incredible chiropractor. She is incredibly professional, attentive, and listens to your needs and concerns and then magically solves them. Having never gone to a chiropractor before, this is a significant life hack that I would recommend to anyone who cares about well-being and health. I have felt better in my joint mobilisation through her amazing adjustments. My muscle soreness has decreased, and my quality of life has improved.
