I started taking my youngest son to see Helena in the lead up to an oral procedure, and from there began to take my other 2 sons to see her. 100% 5 stars- Dr Helena is kind, compassionate, caring and really has a way of making you feel comfortable and relaxed. Also really has a holistic way of looking at your concerns which I love. Also amazing and so gentle with children, my children have a tendency to be quite shy upon meeting new people but Dr Helena won them over in no time.

I met Helena on the hallowed halls of the Futsal court where I was nursing a significant injury. She invited me to come for a session to help with my recovery.
