The Chicken Station

Looks like this place may have just changed hands. I ordered 3 pieces of fried chicken and a quarter of roast chicken and a small chips. There was nothing bad here and it was all nice just nothing outstanding. The staff/owners seem to be a little lost and they had Filipino food options. I wish them the best

The most insanely delicious chicken and food ever! - the “chicken inasal” was top of it.and please try their newest “isaw” that was a bomb! (With a beer in hand). We just had them for dinner today! Thanks to the wonderful and most friendly team of Chicken Station.

Welcoming service! Their crispy chicken is cooked to perfection! Crunchy in the outside but tender when you bite into it! Their chips and gravy is a genius combination. The gravy is not heavy or too salty, it a well balanced sauce that when you dip your chips into it your taste buds will thank you! Good price for the feast you get. Definitely going back!

Went there a couple days ago and ordered their fried chicken and rice + Bbq items from the Filipino menu (may be subject to change?)

Service was great, food came hot and bbqs cooked to order which tasted very close to the ones you get in the Philippines. *we got singsing and bituka

Chips are a little on the salty side but other than that, we had a good experience. The gravy is a must have with the fried chicken as it pairs extremely well.

Wowsers! This chicken has that perfect crunch and texture you always picture on those ads. Chicken was juicy without it being soggy and crunch on the coating was perfect. I'm so happy I tried this place. Never going to KFC again.

I just ordered chicken and chips and it was disgusting.chicken wet and so slimy it stunk and the chips were cooked in old oil as they were so black and horrible.worst food ever. Will never eat from here again. Rubbish. I was to angry to return the rubbish you sold me and safer for me not to come there.

This is the best Chicken n Chip shop in the inner west, the marinade on the chicken is to perfection and taste so great. The chips are fresh and so are the vegetables.

Amazing fresh home style fried chicken and gravy.

Ate the 3 piece with some rice, would recommend to anyone looking for good quality nibbles in the area.

Excellent service and food. Highly affordable meals especially for feeding a large group of people. The staff are very friendly and generous, often making deals if you order a lot of food which is lovely. Only concern for people wanting to go here is that if you are going to order a lot of food, for instance a party pleaser, order before hand so you can avoid the wait that comes with it. Overall very satisfied anytime im in Melbourne I plan to head here.

This was absolutely fantastic. My family and i have been here twice as we were staying overnight at melbourne a couple of times. Long story short, Fast service, great food, low grease. The food here is some of the best fast food that i've had, with a generous and friendly staff, this family operated store is a must for a quick bite thats a bit different from the usual. Their prices are also extremely good, for example their 70$ party pleaser consists of 2 whole roast chickens, 16 large (much bigger than most KFC) wings, 2 large chips, 2 salads 2 1.25L of softdrink This is incredibly low priced in comparison with most places. The food quality here is exponentially nicer than the vast majority of fast food, with nice roast veggies as an avaliable side giving it a bit of a difference, and a welcome one at that. For anyone that needs to stay overnight in braybrook, the discovery parks is right next door the supermarket that you can find The Chicken Station in, i would highly suggest a visit.

I ordered a $7 chicken burger with a "1 side+600ml bottle $6" as it says in block letters on their menu. (No extras)
Added up to $13.50
(I got charged an extra 50 cents)
I thought, that extra must be because I chose a medium size for my side.
As my food arrived, I confirmed that the meal came with a drink.
I got denied, she made it out to be that I was crazy! Because, how does 7+6 add up to a burger and side+drink?
I left with no drink because I didn't want to argue.
Very disappointed customer, will never do business with this store again.
A shame! Because I enjoyed their food.

Fresh food. Loved the chicken burger so much I'm eating it nightly. Tasty and well priced. Recommend!

I bloody love this place, but it can be shocking. It's a bit hit and miss to be honest. But it's cheap as heck and you get a good amount of food for that money. I call it faux Kentucky fried. Not for everyone but if you want a cheap one, don't go much further.
