Amazing food. Best fried chicken in the west. I really, REALLY, wish they were open a little longer though. I have a small child who goes to bed at 7pm. Which is usually when I eat. If they were open till 7: 30pm I'd order much more frequently. I just can't feasibly with the 6: 40pm last order time

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE: . I called in here as I always do, (new owner brought this place about 7 weeks ago). I made my order 2 pices of frid chicken & chips. BUT the new owners said, you want same pice of chicken, this cost you extra 50c. I SAID WHAT!? Yes we new owner, I said I've been coming here for a long time & never been charged this. I then said, you want to treat your customers like this, I won't come back again. All this for 50cents. Talk about cheap.now these idiots have lost maybe around $500-$600.00 per year of business from just me.let's not talk about the rest of my family. WHAT idiots.new owners, hahah good luck you're going to go broke.

Our favourite chicken spot in the west! The chicken there is always cooked to perfection - juicy and crispy on the outside, bursting with flavor. And we can't forget about the amazing service from our go-to server. A real thumbs up to him!

The staff is lovely.specially the girl serving. Chickens nice also. Disappointment with the chips though. Was double fried as in.fried.went cold and refried. Tgis happened twice.

Went here for the first time today for lunch with my grandmother (who is a die-hard regular) and my toddler. Loved to see that it was a family run business. They were so kind and accomodating to my grandmother who can be quite demanding. Food is obvious excellent - freshly cooked - we got bbq skewers, Greek salad and some fried chicken. Especially impressed by Paula behind the counter who was so lovely to my grandmother and thoughtful to her customers.

Delicious chicken, infact one of the best fried chicken I have tried out west. The husband and wife duo that operate this place are LOVELY. Always so friendly and caring. I'd go back there just to see them even if the chicken wasn't good but thankfully the chicken is great too. Plenty of sides to chose from all items are reasonably priced. Definitely worth a visit if you haven't already.

The roast chicken and the fried chicken were delicious. The place also offers filipino dishes which I will definitely try out next time. Highly recommend this local shop. I will be going back to try more of the fried chicken.

Love love love the customer service here. So heartwarming! Definitely reccomend the chips with a little extra chicken salt with gravy, and their chickens pretty good too! What a great family business.

Quick takeaway from here for dinner last night. Friendly service, cheap as chips so to speak and great juicy chicken. Impressed by such quality chicken that came out of a Ban-marie. They obviously keep low stock levels in it to ensure freshness

A little apprehensive as it looked a bit dingy when I entered (not sure what I'm trying to say here) not dirty just maybe a lighting issue.

Fantastic Aussie roast chook shop. I've had the schnitzel and salad burger multiple times and would absolutely recommend it and any of the pasta salads.

Fried chicken is insanely delicious, its a hidden gem and the service is impeccable! They know how to look after new customers. Worth the travel to get take away.

We ordered and paid for it. But when the day comes that we will pick it up they said SORRY they forget about it! How unprofessional!

This is the closest to the real deal Jolli*ChickenJ*y since we don't have Jollibee here in Melbourne yet compared to RedRooster.
