Me and my husband purchased the cake.and they didn't put the top properly, and the most terrible thing are they talking so rude to my husband the was lied too.we will not buy any cake again!

Everything about having to order from this location was horrible, the experience was absolutely terrible and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone (I would give 0 stars if I could).

I had to call two times before anyone answered the phone and when it was answered I was met with the worst customer service ever. The employee sounded very angry and impatient, I didn’t feel like a customer but I felt like a kid who was being scolded.when I arrived to pick up my order I had to wait 10 minutes to pick up a regular cake that I’ve placed an order for the day before. The staff seemed like they were rushing me to pay. Although I paid for a regular size cake, I ended up taking one that looks closer to a mini and I WAS CHARGED $5 EXTRA!

I opened the box to be surprised with a cake that’s missing MOST of its decorations. The cookies and cream party cake I received looked nothing like the one in the pictures posted up within the store. It only had two Oreo's and nothing else but a single toblerone triangle (the original had around about 8).

Could not recommend any better me and my wife ordered our gender reveal cake and it was absolutely amazing, it looked even better then we expected. The young lady’s customer service was lovely and so helpful. She helped us find a cake that suited our budget.

Worst customer care. Staff doesn’t give any importance to customers. Instead make fun of customers. Doesn’t honour offers by cheesecake shop Australia

What a great experience!
I ordered a cake for my son’s 11th Birthday party.it was absolutely perfect! Guests at the party were raving about how beautiful. Once the cake was cut and everybody started eating people couldn’t stop talking about how delicious it was! Everyone wanted to know where we get it! My son was so happy the cake was exactly as he wanted!

Best cheesecakes in town. I have always been purchasing from the Roxy cheesecake shop and never failed to Impress me always fresh and look pretty. Workers are so lovely and helpful and they give honest thoughts when you ask their opinion.

I had a birthday cake ordered from a self employed cake maker two weeks in advance and she decided to cancel on me two days prior to the party! I was so frustrated and so close to cancelling the whole party. Thankfully a friend of mine recommended the cheesecake shop, so I went. The staff were so welcoming and lovely. I explained to the manger how it’s an emergency and whether they could get it done the day before. Both the manger and his assistant were super helpful and assured me it will be done the next day. I ended up getting this gorgeous and delicious cake! Definitely recommend to visit the store:)

Today I went to purchase a cake from the store. Prior to entering the store, I heard yelling close to the where the shop is located. As I walked closer, I witnessed the manager yelling in the face of a young worker and completely undermining him. He was completely unprofessional and made the customers, including myself uncomfortable. He was shouting abuse and talking down to the staff member. A complete abuse of power. It is a busy shopping strip (especially today as it is prior to mothers day) with lots of young people/ families and to see this display of pitiful language and behaviour from someone who is in a position of authority was disgusting.
This owner/manager’s language and aggressive demeanour at The Cheesecake Shop was absolutely unacceptable.
I have been a customer for many years but after today, I will no longer be going to buy my cakes from this franchise.

Ps: if anyone knows of any good cake shops in the Roxburgh Park area, please give me a referral.

Absolutely love their verity of cakes, I had my sons 1st birthday cake and they absolutely nailed it. It was so detailed and amazing, exactly what I asked for. The manger was very helpful when placing the order, he recommended different color combination to the picture and that’s why it looked even better then the picture I showed. Will be definitely going back. Amazing experience

Honestly this store sells the best sponge cakes! I had a blackforest for my friends birthday and it tasted so moist and fresh, and the workers are so polite and friendly. Highly recommend

I went to shop for the first time today I had the greatest experience. The lady who took my already was super professional smile on her face since I walked in also she helped me to find what I want so easy! Great experience will definitely come back! Highly recommend it ️

Don't deserve a star at all. Just gave a call to place an order and person who picked up the phone was so rude. I don't wanna deal with this shop anymore.

Ordered a square double choc for my boys birthday and asked the guy to border it in blue, I ended up getting blue and white cake with choc sponge in it. On asking, This guy argued that this was double choc. Rude

Very terrible experience. Ordered cake a week ago and was not ready and the excuse was some one else took order and didnt knew about order. The cake given was frozen from inside.does not recommend at all. Very poor customer service.
