Amazing. They took their time, helping us choose different cakes. Even gave me a cheesecake for being nice. Very nice shop. Recommend 100%.

Third class customer service. Staff don't care about customer and very rude while dealing with customer.

Was waiting patiently to be served and the attendant served another customer who had come in after me because they had a quick sale but then while the attendant was waiting for the customer before me to write what he wanted on his cakes she just looked at me but didn't do anything.should i point out that attendant and other customers were all Muslims while I'm Asian?

Very poor and pathetic customer service, will never visit Roxburgh’s cheesecake again as I had terrible experience. Now, I don’t have to wonder why they have such a bad review as I have self experienced being there.

Just leaving neutral review stars. For anyone complaining about the cake and service here, another option to look at is Ferguson bakery in Craigieburn central, cake taste very good at Ferguson, but it costs about $10 more.

Really rude -and dirty!
No concern for public health and safety -saw staff member working there with NO MASK (currently under lockdown and ROXY being a hot spot)!

I asked why she wasn't wearing one, and was met with aggression and rudeness.she bluntly questioned me about my mask (although I was obviously wearing one and AM NOT A STAFF MEMBER THEREFORE NON OF HER BUSINESS), and then told she just finished her shift and therefore didn't have to follow rules. Um -What?

She probably breathed all over the cakes in store -would not trust their cleanliness and hygiene, especially as there was no reassurance or care.just a gross lack of responsibility and unprofessionalism.

I WOULD NOT be back or buy my cakes from here -rude girls, and unhygienic, careless and disrespect for health and safety of their customers and public.

We just bought cake today and we got the which we not wanted. We order black Forrest but when we reached at home and checked it was different.
Very poor service and they not willing to talk with customers about cakes.
Not recommended for anyone.

Ordered a Fortnite themed cake for my son's birthday with double chocolate base. What delivered was a crumbly butter cream cake entirety different then what we ordered. Paid $110 for this stuffed up cake. Never order a birthday cake from this outlet.

After placing an online order for a Gluten free chocolate cake 2 days prior, when I went to pick up my order, I was told that there was no cake available, as they had sold out of them! What is the point of having an online ordering system? I was asked if I wanted to drive to another store to pick one up! No thanks, asked for a refund and will not be returning.

Worst customer service. The manager there was very rude, and yells at his staff. Bought a cake and was so messy on the inside and when I told him, he was so rude. Also cakes are expensive and not worth it.

I brought a tropical torte cake today. Boy that was one boring cake very disappointed, no flavor what so ever, and dry. All your eating is sponge. They usto make it better, more moist and it had more fruit and custard inside.

Worst customer service experienced ever. The girl worked there (Roxburgh Park store) on 10th October Saturday afternoon shift was terrible. She was very rude and not professional at all. Never go again. Utterly disappointed!

They very un professional. I went there to order for my birthday party.but they said no need to order come tomorrow and pick up. But on time we asked next say that said sold already. Imagine level of our disappointment. Please don’t trust staff.

I bought a cake today for mother's day and this was written HAHA. The server told me to wait outside because of COVID and once ready called out 'happy mothers day cake, passionfruit mango'. My fault for not double checking but cmon guys you had one job. I hope everyone had a nice mother's dad.

Horrible. Wrong cake was given and they didn’t give a discount or refund. Later on I also noticed there was dust and other things that could be seen on top of the cake. I do not recommend at all: (

We had the best black forest cake ever, it was so fresh and delicious. Customer service was welcoming and friendly. Will definitely come back more often
