What a great service. Getting our plantation shutters installed has been a very enjoyable experience. They look fantastic. The Blinds Spot has chosen the perfect configuration to suit our place. The installation was great, especially considering one of our windows frame was not even. We love our new plantation shutters! Thank you guys!

We got a couple of quotes for Sheers/Blinds internally and two external blinds but went with The Blind Spot because we felt that their product and install would be of a higher quality. It looks awesome! The installation guys were great, Bill delivered on every aspect from the quote through to installation. If you are after a quality install I would happily recommend.

After visiting 3 different companies for blinds for our newly built house, we decided to go with The Blind Spot. Our decision was based on the professionalism and outstanding customer service we received from Bill and the team. We instantly felt like he was custom making the blinds for us like we were family! He knew exactly what our vision was and recommended the best suited internal blinds (thermal blockout and thermal sunscreen roller blinds) and outdoor alfresco zip lock blinds. He was easily accessible on the phone and always followed up. They came to do the measure and quote and we knew that this was the right decision we made to go with them. When we knew we would get the keys to the house earlier than expected, we called Bill and he was able to organise the installation the next day which meant we didn't have to be in the house with no blinds for 4 days! Highly recommended! Every staff member of the blind spot co that I dealt with was professional but lovely and friendly. We had quite a complicated house to do and Bill and his team surpassed our expectations with the quality of product!

Just had blinds insalled and from initial enquiry, measure quote through to installation could not fault the service, advice and price. Supporting Australian made local business.

Beware: I paid a deposit 3 weeks ago. No receipt, no call to confirm job and no-one answering phone. Is this business shonky or what?
Their automated reply to this review is also a sham. They are unprofessional and I am investigating legal action to get my deposit back. They fulfilled no obligation to their transaction. Have made up stories all along. BEWARE
