We were very impressed with the professional consultation we had with Bill and his team at the Blinds Spot Co, just on 10 months ago. Our Helioscreen Design Series blind was a major investment, and Bill made it all happen quickly and delivered it before the estimated time. The team spent two days installing, and were fabulous to work with, all professional experts across the carpentry and electrical aspects of the install. We wanted to wait a while before we posted a review in case we found fault, but at this stage it is all working brilliantly and is such an amazing extension to our living area. We bit the bullet and went with the L. E. D.lights in the roof, and don't regret it! With a very exposed deck facing west, we needed this big blind to hold up to strong winds and blistering sunshine. It's turned a 2-season deck into almost 4-seasons! Highly recommended to buy through The Blind Spot co team. Follow up and any questions we've had about the blind have always been helpful and friendly.

After getting a few quotes I decided to go with these guys even though they were a little more expensive but I felt comfortable because they always turned up on time, David was very knowledgeable and they had great products. A few years ago I dealt with quite a few people from The Blinds Spot Co for my blinds for a new home. And they did not disappoint. From David to Zoe to Trif to Bill and even Polat the installer. These guys are all amazing and so patient and kind.

Initially I had issues with some of my roller blinds that fell on the fault of the manufacturer and without any hesitation the blinds were replaced. Fast forward over 2 years later and bypassing around 10 visits from other companies for difficult horizon windows that could not be fitted, I have returned to The Blinds Spot Co to assist with the remainder of my blinds.

David searched high and low for a fabric to match, assisted in how to minimise gaps for double roller blinds on the same horizon window and suggested a curtain for two windows that just are not practical for roller blinds.

The relief after all we have gone through is unmatchable.

I was so close to ordering some indoor and outdoor blinds and curtains, however the customer phone call service by Zoe in particular was the worst service I have ever received in my life really. She was quite rude by first cutting me every time I wanted to ask a question. I couldn’t help but check the other reviews in case I’m the only one misunderstanding here but it looks like someone else has complained about the call service! Then she called again the 2nd time claiming I made a “report” about never receiving a quote, which I never did such a thing. Also I have listened to every single voice message she has left and she gets more and more aggressive. She called me 9 times during my work hours! I couldn’t even say anything and she literally had a aggressive tone towards me and then repeated her accusation 2-3 times. Did she have a bad day? Or is it always? Or? Is she like this towards young buyers which I have to say it quite upsetting.

This had nothing to do with covid 19 restrictions so there is no excuses and this is 100% review on this company customer call service. Say thanks to Zoe for making me cancel this for my blinds and curtains.

The sale person provided the worst over the phone customer service ever. She talked as like she doesn't care and doesn't want any business with me, I think she just works there, not the owner, so she doesn't care if she could sell her products or not. I asked her in polite manner but she tried to shut me down and talk like she talk to her child. So rude!

P/s: please don’t twisting the truth. I didn’t complain about the part of unable for home visit for quotes or anything to do with the covid and restriction, but more of how the way the communication, how rude it was. I tried to engage to a business with respect but the sale person didn’t treat me with manner and respect in response. I hope my review will help other customer aware and also your company take note to improve, not for any other benefit.

We recently used The Blinds Spot Co to install motorized blinds and sheer curtains in our new property. David was resourceful on options to choose and made our experience very smooth. Once the order was confirmed, the curtains and blinds were made to spec (as was described by David during the initial consultation) and all the blinds/curtains were made in no time. The installation process was meticulous and I was highly impressed with the professionalism of the team! David Mouzakis at the blind spot have been nothing but accomodating to help fit out of our new physiotherapy practice. Bill and the team at The Blinds Spot Co
installed a “cocoon awning” for us. I was after sun protection in summer and rain protection in winter over our courtyard and sliding doors.
It is absolutely perfect and works even better than I thought it would! It is 100% waterproof and the courtyard stays perfectly dry. Not to mention that it is a perfect colour match to our new house! I could not be happier and would definitely recommend. Thanks Bill
