We bought both day and night blinds for a few rooms in our unit. The people at The Blinds Place were very honest and helpful and the shop was very well laid out so that everything was right there on display. After a check measure, the blinds were ordered (to size) and then installed promptly. After installation it turned out that we needed one of the strings for the blinds to be adjusted in length because the window was behind a wide kitchen bench and it was a bit hard to reach the string. They came out and did that for us promptly and at no extra charge. We are quite happy with the service overall.

High quality product! Leon Anderson came by, measured our window, and gave us a very good price even though we only had one window that needed a shade and not a house full. We were promised a 3 week turn around and it was ready in 2 weeks! Laurent our installer was punctual, courteous, careful and quick. We love that we can still see our beautiful stained glass window colors through the light filtering fabric while still maintaining privacy. We highly recommend The Blinds Place!

The mark of excellent service is where advice and practical help is offered long before price is mentioned. When my plantation shutters required a small replacement part Ben was quick to explain a DIY method to fix the problem then provided the part without allowing me to pay for it. And I'm not even been a previous customer. What a refreshing and professional attitude!

Phoned The Blind Place as one of my roller blinds had been pulled down too far and the fabric separated from the roller. Cannot speak highly enough of Ben who met me at the factory and spent 3/4 hour reattaching the blind.

I have used The Blinds Place twice now for advice and installation. Both times, Ben was incredibly patient and informative about my options, what would work better or why something might not work. Despite covid restrictions or delays beyond his control he remained in contact to ensure I was updated. Exceptional quality of service and the fitters were friendly and on time.

I Rang The Blind place to ask about having a Canvas outside blind replaced as as I had spoken to other company's that would not do replacements of canvas. They were extremely happy to talk to me and suggested that one of their reps call and inspect the condition of the outside awning.
Within three days Leon arrived. He was excellent very professional, obliging and told me it could be done.
His quote was acceptable, the range of goods was acceptable, the measure and quote was done on the spot and I was told the New Canvas would be made and fitted in two weeks, and it was.
Corey rang to arrange a time to come and fit it.
The whole process was as quoted, I was amazed.
I Have recommend the company to several of my relatives that require this type of service.
My only complaint is they take to long to Process a cheque. As I payed the balance by cheque and I am still waiting for it to be cleared.
