We had a great experience with both Leon and Stephen from The Blinds Place, with sale and installation of roller blinds for our new house. Leon is so knowledgeable and just a lovely guy, and Stephen’s installation was spot on and super efficient. The blinds are great quality and exactly what we were after. The guys here did a great job for us. They were prepared to have a go at a motorhome which is not their usual install situation. They turned up when they said they would and had the product delivered when they said it would be delivered. The blinds look fantastic. We are really happy with the product & service.

I had my blinds (blockout and sun-shade) professionally installed today by Stefan and Audie of The Blinds Place. Both were professional, friendly and courteous. This was preceded by an initial consult with Leon A.who provided knowledgeable advice, great customer service and interacted with us in a positive and trustworthy manner. Leon made you feel that no questions were silly questions and he could explain the reasoning behind each and every one of his recommendations. When compared to other quotes from competitors, it was Leon’s customer service and attention to ensuring that my concerns and questions were fully answered, as well as a 5 year warranty, that sealed the deal. They are competitively priced - not necessarily the cheapest, but the adage “You get what you pay for” generally applies, so going cheapest is not always the best option. The care that Leon took and the advice that he offered was worth paying the little extra. I recommend this business without reservation to others who are considering getting blinds done.

We have recently had awnings installed, and found the service we received from The Blinds Place to be excellent. They were very thorough with the quoting process to ensure we got exactly what we wanted and their communication and installation was also excellent.

Good product, worst shipping company used,
the shipping company never answers phone, either on support line or admin and sales line, 4 days after finally delivered it showed still 100klm away and in transit, if this is only company The Blinds Place use would never deal with them again no matter how good the product is

From start to finish, these guys were terrific. Great service. One of our installed blinds was not quite rolling up right and they picked it up and promptly fixed it. Some time later, we moved a blind and they resized it for us at a reasonable cost.
