Terribly disappointed in the service. I had a last minute request for a Spider man cake for a 4th birthday party - spoke to the shop on Friday who asked me to quickly order online. I put special instructions that pick up needed to be by 10: 30 am at the latest on Sunday. No-one every rang me back or confirmed. I arrived on Sunday to find the shop only opened at noon, no-one answered my calls and no one had contacted me to inform me that my request was not possible. Given the party was starting at 10: 45 am I had to leave and buy another cake at the Cheesecake shop and race back to the party. It is not the shops issue that this was last minute - what is their issue is that Id rather they told me they cannot do it and leave me with the impression they could. They now tell me the cake was ready on Saturday night but that pick up was only possible at noon. Sorry - but how about ringing me or sms ing me to let me know this arrangement? I would have cancelled. The biggest stress is the run around to find another solution for a cake at the last minute AND the cost. Customer service needs to be at the centre of what you do. Needless to say, I will not be back

I bought a last minute, large chocolate & vanilla Orio ice cream cake for my son's birthday party. It was a big hit with all the kids and my son loved it. He's very fussy about his ice cream so that's a big thumbs up! Thank you

My daughter made her Confirmation o Sunday and 1 surprised her with an ice cream cake from The Birthday Cake Shop.
It was absolutely amazing and it tasted divine. I had Cookies & Cream in the middle Deluxe Chocolate on one side and Salted Carmel Fudge on the other side.
We had 82 people I ordered enough for 100 people, it was that good the whole cake went. We will definitely go back. Thank u to Joe for all his patiences.

Ordered an ice cream cake (generic) a while back and it was not the best sadly. The ice cream tasted a bit flat and the cream icing also had no flavour. But for summer, it would make a novel idea for a party!

Horrible customer experience 2.5 hours late with delivery with no effort to contact and also lying and excuses regarding the lateness. Bottom line my twins had a birthday party on time and the non/late delivery meant no birthday cake. Shame on you for destroying my daughters'birthday. My family and friends will never ever order from you guys and everyone else should hear this terrible service.

I had the cookies and cream ice-cream cake for my birthday with chocolate and vanilla ice cream inside. As a long-time ice-cream and chocolate lover, this cake was very disappointing. The ice cream tasted very medicinal especially the chocolate and the flavours tasted off. The cake itself was presented beautifully but the positives end there. I will never buy another cake from there again. I had one slice and the rest is going in the bin. The rest of my family did not enjoy the cake either. Very disappointing.

We ordered an ice cream cake for a Birthday, and showed a photo of the type of thing we were after.
Well, we didn't get exactly what we wanted, more like a Picasso version of what we wanted, misshapen,
a little freaky, and pretty darn fugly!

The birthday cake really looks great and tastes yummy. My boy and his friends were so surprised when they saw the character of the cake. We will definitely order it again.

Delicious cake - Jo was lovely enough to get the cake I wanted for my son 7th birthday. He loved it and will be back again for my daughter. Thank you Jo! For making it happened within a day order.
