Extremely disappointed as was given a round cake not square as per my order and photo on cake was very poor quality, very faded. Certainly did not get what I paid for.

Ordered a vanilla and chocolate Rick and Morty print cake for my child's bday. I was hesitant that the print wouldn't be clear etc but it came out perfect, colourful, clear and super tasty. I was contacted on the day with updates as needed and once I arrived at the venue it was there an no issues! It didn't melt too fast and it still tasted pretty good the next day as we had a little left over. All the kids loved it, no complaints at all. It made both myself and my child happy I'm confused to read some of the 1 star reviews to be honest. I wasn't sure if I needed to pay for the cool bag and the owner didn't try to sell me something I didn't need so I am happy all around. Only bad thing is I want more Ice cream cake.

Stumbled across this place on maps when looking for my son's birthday cake. The range on the website is fantastic but also makes it hard to decide which one to go for! Spoke to the staff who were extremely accommodating and responsive to my requests. The cake looked and tasted great with both the adults and kids enjoying it. Other parents wanted to know where I got it from. I would highly recommend. I'm sure we will be ordering again!

Staff super friendly and were even able to sort me out with a custom cake in no time even though I turned up having ordered for a different date will be back!

Ordered and was ready in 24 hours. It was exactly how the picture looked and it taster even better. I went out of my way to email them to thank them because they did such a great job.

My first time ordering from Birthday Cake Shop and they absolutely did not disappoint! I wanted a custom print photo cake for my friend's birthday and whom shares my love for gaming and so I sent across a JPEG of an in-game screenshot to them to incorporate on top of the cake. I hoped that they would be able to render the image in a visually pleasing manner.

Suffice to say they nailed it. It turned out really well and my friend absolutely loved the design and look of the cake. They are very reasonably priced I might add to. Oh, and it also tasted really good (lemon sorbet, coconut and vanilla bean is such a winning combination) as attested to by all the guests. I shall be ordering more cakes from these guys in future.

I ordered 2 cakes for birthdays this past weekend and they were both amazing. They looked great and tasted even better! The raspberry and mango sorbets were my girls favourites. The unicorn cake was fabulous! Will definitely order again and have passed your details on to many mums. Thank you!

Absolute hats off to these guys! If there were 10 stars, I’d give them ten! Had a 3 layered ice cream cake made for my brothers 40th, with a picture of him in his younger years printed on (I don’t know how they do it, but it’s amazing) and it was the absolute highlight of the night! The picture was perfect, the cake looked divine…but most important, and I quote my 8 year old nephew here, “I think this is the best ice cream I’ve ever had! ” And the best part, my brother who NEVER eats cake…couldn’t resist a piece either, and I think he may have even gone back for seconds! Will be using these guys forever more - impeccable service and so willing to assist too!

I had my daughters 5th birthday on the weekend, and I ordered my cake online from the Birthday Cake Shop.
I was so hesitant to order a cake online. But I sure am happy I did!
The cake came exactly as I ordered it, with fresh and crispy waffle cones.
The delivery service was exceptional, I was notified the whole way. The cake arrived when I was told that it would.
The best part was that the icream was delicious. Everyone at the party loved the taste of the cake.

Amazing service and awesome quick response. My son had 2 ice cream cakes one of a Hawthorn football and the other a basketball. It was delivered from Camberwell to Keysborough the morning of the parties so did not need to worry about pick up etc. The varieties of ice cream chosen was chocolate and cookies and cream they were delicious. Thank you so much. Highly recommended for any party.

Weirdly ice cream cakes are a rare sight in Melbourne. But this store and its cakes will get that sorted for you if you ever feel the blues getting to you during this corona lockdown.

The only spot for when you need a cake! I keep coming back here for the quality of cakes but the uniqueness as well, nothing is more personal that a custom cake and they take great pride in their work! Always looks great but tastes even better:)
