The Bendigo Club reviews
33Lovely meal excellent service definitely returned and would recommend it to all my friends and family
Quite, nice to find somewhere that doesn't have music blasting when just going out for dinner and a couple of Quite ones
For a big private group they only had 1 person serving. Long queue just to get a drink. Apart from that it was ok.
Went in to play the pokies, pleasantly surprised by the amount of choices and it was oddly nice and peaceful
A fantastic lunch menu most things under 20 dollars with the 19 dollar Parma the best I have had in years.
Great lunch on Good Friday, great friendly service. 5 adults and one kids meal was $95, and generous servings of good food. So impressed I joined as a member on the spot
Always a very friendly Club, warm and welcoming environment, fabulous staff and a great menu with lunchtime specials too.
A regular customer but went last and was informed I could not order spaghetti bol as it on the kids menu even though I wanted a full plate. Apparently the boss had instructed. I said I would have nothing and was informed that was fine. I pointed it could be done at Boundry Hotel, Farmers Arms, RSL. So if you want to accommodated go elsewhere.
Dropped in for a coffee and play a few games on the pokies before going to the Elvis exhibition at the gallery. Anyway nice staff and clean facilities and the coffee was ok as well. We will stop here again next time we are in Bendigo.
The Bendigo Club is a wonderful place hidden in a quiet spot. The menu has something for everyone and they happily cater for special needs.
The staff are great and love to joke.
You can join the club, which gives you a little discount on your purchase, that adds up over the year.
Easy parking and wheelchair access. Didn't see anything for kids to do.
Great venue, friendly and genuinely caring staff, good food and plenty of space for functions or just a casual catch up.
A friend and I had a wonderful lunch here today.
Food excellent, service outstanding.
Well done!
Couldnt believe the improvements, great meal, staff polite and efficient. Only complaint - Reference to ladies, using GUYS.
Recently, our baseball club celebrated our 60th anniversary (a year late)! We felt so welcomed and looked after at the Bendigo Club. The room was private and the perfect size for everyone! Would recommend to all for your next function!
Always a great location for a function. The staff were great with assisting our club organise and set up a gala dinner. Food was incredible. Highly recommend!
Great food, friendly and welcoming staff.
Will definitely be back when travelling from Melbourne again.
Well what a great experience that was.the staff were excellent.food great.if there are higher ratings than 5 they would get 10.
We went 13th march There was a event in the large room (looked.like a.gaming convention) which I understand, however, it meant we did not get ANY SERVICE we waited in line for over 20 minutes to place an order as no table service, and then there was patrons from the large going to their cars to get alcohol, and swearing and being inappropriate. It ruined our family night out. Not to mention no covid precautions at all. Seemed to be over 100 patrons walking around in close proximity with no masks. Will not be returning, would not recommend.
They were busy, so I can understand waiting over an hour for our meals, but can't excuse the fact some of our meals were cold. Meal quality was okay and what you'd expect from a club bistro. The portion sizes and service is good. No real desire to come back any time soon.
